    Hi All have a question:

Played at a MG casino last Friday night. Made a withdrawl, left some money to play with, when into Sat made another withdrawal.
Monday morning checked and found the first withdrawal was "processing", nothing on the second still in reversal withdrawal.
Logged in on Tuesday and found both withdrawal combined with "work in progress".

    Now my question:

Have played with this group for over a year, from reading this forum I knew that if you win you have to send your identification papers, last year I won and sent copies of my identification, credit card etc to their sister site, all paperwork was approved, withdrawal sent. Great had a few withdrawals thru out the year from both sites no problems. Now all of a sudden I logged into my email Tues. night to fine out that I have to send all paperwork back to them along with a credit/debit card transaction declaration form, (never had that form before) and wait another 48 hrs for it to be processed. I have PM the rep here but no answer, to be fair it has only been 24hrs. Have asked support why the second round of indentification and once you are approved is it not good for all of their sites. No answer to that question just send the requested documemts.

Ok I know just send the requested information and get over it, but now 48hrs will drag into over 7 days before I will even think about getting my money (another week-end involved). Is this normal or am I being "pissy" sorry if I offend anyone just don't how else to but it.

IF you've used a new CC that they don't have on file from your previous docs, it's standard procedure AFAIK. I don't use credit cards to gamble so I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure once you've sent it you won't have to update again and your next WD should be a lot faster.

At MG casinos, even when its stated that the w/d is a work-in-progress, the funds could already be in you e-wallet. I had w/ds from 2 MG casinos stating this but money was already in my ecocard account.

    Update

I'm starting to get worried, still no payment. Everything is the same except the expiry date on my credit card. Sent all doc's and waited for a word from the casino, finallyl an email on Thur telling me my doc's were received except for my photo id, I replied back that they rec'd it with the other doc's, Friday they email back and state that the photo id did not pass thru whatever dept it had to go thru because it was expired ( I sent the orginal email with attached doc's that they had approved last year). Why did they not just telling me in the email the photo id was expired and they would not except it. I had to wait another 24 hr for an answer and now another weekend has passed and still no word and the acct is still work in progress. Also PM rep here and no answer, should I be worried or just wait.
    Thanks

It looks like they are updating documents that have expired since they were approved. As the card has a new expiry date, they have taken the opportunity to get everything up to date through a full document request.

Deposit declaration forms on their own can come along after a certain amount has been deposited from a particular card, even if that card is unchanged since the last time.

I have just received a request from GNUF for back and front of card, and the deposit declaration form. I was not asked for the rest, since they had these earlier. I started using the card there recently, and they did not ask straight away for this additional documentation, but after several £K had gone in from the card a request came last week.

One good thing is that they still processed the withdrawal that triggered the request as normal, rather than putting it on hold. This is the RIGHT way to deal with a document update request, as it doesn't disrupt the player's experience.
