Withdrawal problem at allslots casino!

Hello,

i won some money in allslots casino (970 Dollar) but the casino dont cash out the money to my skrill account.

In the chat from the casino, every day i heare the same answere. It comes today but nothing happend.

They have all my documents and the documents are prooved. The chat tells me it is a other department and the peoble in the customer chat tells me that i have to wait. They can nothing do.

Does anyone have any experience with this casino when paying?

What can i do now. Over the last years i payed in a lot of money into this casino and now, they don´t cash out.

If you can't get anywhere - you can submit a dispute request here at CM.
