HI how long does withdrawl take from jackpot city uk , I made withdrawl on Tues 26th Aug and it’s still processing ! I’ve been in regular contact but they just keep saying processing takes time , I’m getting ready to escalate the matter further due to the length of time it’s taking , I ve known anything like it

Part of Super Group, they have no presence on the forum sadly, so we can't point you towards a rep. I have read up on their review and it is generally pretty good. There are sometimes issues around bonuses, but didn't suggest big delays.

You do have the option of submitting a complaint though Casinomeister if you choose.

I know people who have deposited, been locked out their account and the funds never returned - dodgy as hell.
