withdrawal delays at all usa rtg casinos?

From what I am reading on the meister All the casino's (rtg) are haveing a problem with there processing of withdrawals...(usa).with no explanations...What is up with that!

The explanations I have seen all have 'processor issues' in there somewhere.

My opinion only: a major processor, or group of processors have either (1) gotten cold feet and suddenly pulled out, (2) absconded with funds, (3) had accounts/monies seized by the feds, or, (4) hads funds frozen/seized by whatever bank they were using.

For USA players, and for the casinos, the path of moving money to and from casinos is fraught with quicksand.
 
I agree something is up,,,And if it is so..That would be Alot more $$ than when qt got nabbed...BUT we are stiill able to deposit and they will take the money..I have 4 promos in my email from cw and jc,,,
 
And this really sucks..I needed my w/e gamble fix..But can't deposit,not knowing!!!!

It sucks... it has sucked for years for us -- ever since NETeller was seized. Casinos continue to process whatever deposits will work, because they are confident they will get it straightened out and find a new way of processing. Happens more often than we think/know about.

I haven't played in a couple of years or more. Not worth the hassle.
 
I agree with Mousey, it's definitely not worth the hassle. I gave up a little over a year ago. The way I see it, the casinos don't care about finding ways to pay the player as much as finding ways to get the player to deposit. As long as they have money going IN why should they care if they can get it back OUT to the player? I know that is a bad/pessimistic attitude to have, but in the last year, look at all the problems that US players have had collecting winnings. Closure of Ewalletxpress and QT, payments taking longer and longer to reach players, ACH, wire transfers taking even longer. Casinos making more claims of "processor problems", using reverse withdrawals back to accounts because of bogus claims of "need new ID forms", etc.

It just seems it isn't worth the hassle. I guess I don't understand why the thrill is still there when the headache is so great.
 
I think a lot of the u.s. casinos are seeing a major dropoff in deposits due to many
Players feeling the same way. That's why most casinos will eventually dry up because the u.s. situation isn't getting better but worse. Vegas technology saw the situation and future, who's next?

The casinos will have to make more attempts to not pay winners or delay payments because otherwise they will go bankrupt. Their already underfunded, unregulated and have hard time finding business partners or processors to work with them. My final thought is that they are already violating us law, so can you really trust their ethics? They still accept the business and risk
motivated by greed.

Just charge it back. I am seriously considering it now going back two to three months. RTG is a scam.

And you consider this good advice how? Even though frustrations are running at an all time high for US players on pending withdrawal times, advising to do chargebacks results in serious consequences. Many newbies will read this and will not understand what this will entail, and what the results will be in the long run.

Long standing members here know what your stand here on RTG casinos are, but any newbie reading these threads for the first time will see this and won't know that this is a BAD thing to do! Shame on you!:mad:
 
Told I would see the funds Monday or Tuesday

I will post if I receive any funds as I have withdrawals already processed, so they say, at 3 different RTG groups

You should read this:
1.10 - Members who commit player fraud (chargebacks, fake accounts, gnoming, multiple accounts, etc.) will be banned from the forum.

1.12 - Postings that incite fraudulent player activity are not welcome and will probably be deleted. Members who encourage fraud will probably be kicked to the curb.

Latest email from the actual processor.....

The emails recieved on 10/31/2011 both said payment made to account and listed the amounts. One was a Rushmore payment and the other from Highnoon. I expect I should recieve Nov. 1 or 2nd at latest. If not, they have real problems.

Probably not this seizure specifically as the money the authorities stole...er... 'seized' were from oct 2010 till feb 2011 transactions and it takes them a while to fondle the money before it is divided up and passed around.
Prime Investment, LTD and Trading 24/7 LTD were the targets of the investigation that revealed more than $40m in online poker proceeds were transferred into to the US between Oct. 2010 and Feb. 2011

However... a similar seizure is probably what caused this latest snafu with payouts. We have to remember that just because we don't see 'online gambling money seized!' splattered in the news, doesn't mean the feds aren't still working to seize money and arrest processors. I mean... we still don't really know what happened with EWallet Express last year! And that was a hell of a lot of moolah that disappeared into thin air.

Unfortunately, I think it's only going to continue to get worse for the processors, casinos, and players. Delays are going to become the norm rather than 'occasional'.

I cannot believe you're even advising someone to do that dave! Wasn't it you awhile back that brought it up and Bryan gave a real stern message to NOT do chargebacks? If it wasn't you, I apologize :) but the message was pretty clear 0 tolerance for chargebacks.

I have never had any problems with jackpot capital. I am waiting on a wire xfer that theyvsay processed 10/18 in the cashier. If some have rcvd moneys for requests after that the issue seems specific to requests processed on 10/18. I am new to this site. Seems to have a lot if info. Keep it up!

With regards to your payouts, I have requested further information from our bank wire processor and was today advised, that there was a problem with a large batch of payouts which were sent.

The banks involved are currently investigating where those transactions may have gotten stuck and we are awaiting feedback on this outcome.

Rushmore Paid

Was paid today from JC for a w/d that went to process on Weds. 10/26. Awaiting my Slotastic payment and fingers crossed that's posted tomorrow.:)

Just to let you know and to thank Rushmore! I received one of my withdrawals yesterday, 11.2.2011 into my bank from a 10.3.2011 withdrawal. AND no fees were deducted--Thank you Rushmore.

I have one more waiting in the wings from 10.28.2011 that has been promised.

Also I am still waiting for a withdrawal from Slotastic on 10.12.2011 that was processed on 10.18.2011.

One out of three---I feel blessed!

Something is awry with wires as of late......

UPDATE:

I had posted about my w/d from JC on 10/26 that I did receive on 11/1.

I had another w/d from $750 from Slotastic on 10/27 and as of yesterday, still have not received it. I was going to wait until today to contact Yasmeen , but she beat me to it! Got a phonecall from her in the morning because she wanted to verify if all was well.:thumbsup: I told her about the Slotastic issue and she verbally verified all of my banking details which were accurate and true. She is working on this issue and apparently many others. Can't stress enough how impressed I was by her taking a pro-active stance to ensure the satisfaction of patrons for JC establishments.

I am also awaiting a $400 w/d from CW that was processed on 11/1. I expected to see it if not 11/4 (Fri.), then 11/7 (Mon). I am patient and will wait the full 10 working days before contacting. Lo & behold I received an email from Stephen @CW:

Dear Christine

I am writing to inform you of some problems we are experiencing with our ACH processing that is resulting in some unacceptable delays.

Unfortunately we have just been informed by the bank that the ACH payments we uploaded for you have still not actually been processed and are still in a pending status. We have taken already measures to send these funds via an alternative route and I would expect them to leave the bank in the next 24 hours.

I would like to sincerely apologise for these delays and assure you that we are doing everything to ensure that you will receive these funds as soon as possible.

I will contact you again with an update on this situation tomorrow.

I know times are difficult for the US players. I do have patience and firmly believe that I will be paid by both of these reputable facilities. I am very impressed with both for being on the ball. I imagine their intervention will prevent many a headache down the road for player and establishment alike.

Still waiting for my withdraw from Slotastic since it was paid on 10/18. They finally returned the money to my casino account saying that they didn't want me to have any further delays. So I did another request for a wire and now that its not paid yet the chat rep changed it to a check. She is stating I will receive it within 3 days. Does anyone know the true time to get your money via check?

Lucky Club check approved Tuesday last week, check arrived via Fedex on Thursday. Checks are fastest by far.

JPC --- still waiting on wire that was requested 10/20, approved 10/25 and was told it would be here latest today -- the 10th business day after approval. But nothing. Have sent follow up to Yasmeen via PM, since I am not favored enough to get a personal phone call.
