So won £2000 and £8000 in the same session withdrew the £2000 and 40 minutes later withdrew the £8000 , the 2k come through next day but the 8k still hasn't come through 4 days later I don't understand how one can be processed so rapidly and other not!, the live chat just say please allow more time for processing, am I been paranoid, what's the delay? Dream vegas by the way used them years and always been paid quickly

I see this was posted on Friday so you may have had a resolution by now, but it's not uncommon for larger withdrawals to take longer. Casinos often have a threshold for automated payments and some will be sent quickly while others go for a manual review.

Not all casinos have automated withdrawal systems though.

32red being one of them, which you should know because you used to work for them. So at 32red all withdrawals are manually processed. I mean in 2024 it boggles my mind why this is still the case with some big casinos.

I know that larger withdrawals always usually need to be manually checked before being paid. But this day and age every casino should have an automatic withdrawal system for below a certain amount. So that withdrawals get paid within minutes. 32red still do not have weekend cashouts. This would be a thing of the past if they had an automatic system in place.

Just my 2 pennies worth.

I hope the OP gets his cashout soon. It sucks when casinos delay and delay. Keep us updated please @Smoother09
