Withdrawal approved but delay in receiving the money?

I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else...9 days ago I withdrew via bank transfer, 2 separate amounts from VideoSlots Casino for the first time. I had all the verification they needed and Both were approved that same day (Sunday). I was told it can up to 5 business days. When I still haven’t received anything, I contacted support who said that they have no info for me and they are contacting their payment processor, who has delayed my withdrawal. I bank with CIBC and always received my money (from other casinos) within a couple days. Does anyone know why this happened? Or how to speed up my withdrawal? I just started paying on this casino and I really like it so it would suck if this is going to be a reoccurring problem
 
Well last Friday morning i withdrew also 2 separate amounts via Rapid Transfer from Videoslots ... im not new member ... LvL 98. My money is still not on my bank account and support is telling me its on his way ... so where is the rep of videoslots ? i never had problems with videoslots, i usually use skrill to withdraw but skrill has atm issues with failing withdraws so i had to use Rapid Transfer. Someone pls explain me the difference between Bank Transfer and Rapid ? i mean im in austria ... malta is in eu aswell ..so bank tranfers should be actually quick ? @Team.Videoslots .

@Kaliyana -- Yes, normal bank transfers within the SEPA region should reach your account within 24 hours. Rapid bank transfers are bank transfers via Skrill and should be instant.

I wrote an Email ..i really hope we can solve this Issue that i never had before. The Money is neither on my Bank Account or Skrill ! Best Regards !
 
Canada + VideoSlots? I use MuchBetter for deposit and withdrawals. It's 4$USD fee to withdraw from MuchBetter to bank via EInterac and the process Is very fast and efficient. Also from VS to MB it's literally seconds.

A I have a MuchBetter account but was too lazy to do the couple extra steps, regretting that now. It sucks that we cant withdrawal using a different method then deposit. Otherwise, I totally would of withdrew that way cause your right, so much quicker!

I got fucked in a similar way with Rizk recently where I made a deposit using E-Interac directly instead of MB they decided it was a bank deposit so I had to withdraw using wire transfer. Their excuse was using a closed loop system. Ironic since I fund my MB account using Einterac.

No biggie though everything went through and got my money 1 business day but with a 14$ fee lol
 
@hadder did u get your money already ? @Team.Videoslots is trying to figure out what went wrong with Skrill, with my withdrawal .. means it will take ages till skrill is replying as we all know the customer support from them. Means for me .. the next sleepless night without knowing where my money went :/ but also im very thankfull that Team.Videoslots is trying to solve this issue ... and hopefully everything will be fine for both of us !

I can't even log in anymore it always says " something went wrong try again later" ...and that for hours ..never ever again skrill ... im done.

Sorry for not replying quicker, I didn’t know you posted it and I came on here to ask you if you have gotten anywhere with this. Skrill...what a pain! I haven’t received either withdrawal yet nor have I received any update from Videoslots. I did email them like they asked. I talked to their customer service via chat but they had no update. They said they still haven’t received any response from the payment provider. Soooo frustrating!
 
@hadder Same. At least my Case got an Response from Skrill saying my Bank is the Issue. I had a call with them and my Bank says's that is literally Bullshit. This is driving me nuts honestly ...
 
I was able to get ahold of Citadel to see why my payment is delayed and they emailed me back saying that they cannot payout thru my bank account and need to follow up with @Team.Videoslots for alternative method. They said they have no record of Videoslots trying to contact them at all. Still no money but a bit of progress.
 
@hadder ye my progress is struggling too bcs Skrill is just answering obviously one time a day, doesn't matter if ur VIP, Business or Normal User. ... this is unbelievable that i tried to avoid Skrill that Day bcs of their withdraw problems and ended up again with them .. this is very frustrating. I would also love to use normal SEPA Bank Transfer for my withdrawal but what to do when Skrill is holding it back ...

Was just in a Stream where ppl ask why a few Casino's took Skrill out of their Site ... now i know why ..trying to Scam their Customer's obviously! This is so frustrating and ridiculous ...

Regulatory matters in most cases I believe.
I'm hardly a Videoslots fan but I do know they won't rip you off. They are one of the fastest paying casinos in the world, there is no benefit to them in holding up your payment, especially once it's left them.

Oh believe me ... Videoslots is my favorite ..i'm lvl 98 there. I love videoslots and i absolutely trust in Videoslots. My sorrow's go in the direction of Skrill.
 
UPDATE: Thank's so much to @Team.Videoslots for their help. I got my Money today back to my Videoslots Acoount and withdrew it with Normal Bank Transfer (SEPA). I'm so happy and thankfull to you Guy's! Videoslots will stay my favorite Casino as their Customer Support is just insanely amazing! I'll update again when the Money arrive's to my Bank Account ! I'm HAPPY AS F**K! :):)
