PKR joined deposited £50 and credited with £150 bonus. Went on to win over 10,000 I checked terms and conditions and made sure i played through bonus 40X as per terms.

Refused withdraw as i had breached terms and conditions
he PKR Casino Welcome Offer includes the below terms, which you have breached by placing bets of a higher value than permitted.
15. The maximum stake or bet allowed until the wagering requirements of the Welcome Package are met is €/£/$5 and €/£/$1 per line. PKR reserves the right to void any Welcome Package and any associated winnings where this term is breached.

I looked on website and at first could not see any terms that related to the ones quoted. I then clicked logo on front and got details of welcome bonus and terms.

there was no indication on web site that there were different terms they even state
Welcome to the PKR General Terms and Conditions. Some of them are set out below and some are located elsewhere on our Website(s). You will find links to them below.

There was no link to welcome bonus

I actually only made 2 bets (total £29) which breach this obscure rule any one had any success in getting money

Hello Sharpest, and welcome to Casinomeister

I want to say this in the most respectful way, however the terms they have stated are very common among deposit bonuses and it is the PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY to read, and fully understand the terms when entering into any kind of promotion.

I would like to add that im very sorry you had to learn like this, and would like to welcome you to our forums.

Hi
tx but i did read terms and conditions. They state in their terms
Welcome to the PKR General Terms and Conditions. Some of them are set out below and some are located elsewhere on our Website(s). You will find links to them below.

But there was no link to terms of welcome bonus or any mention of them The notice with the welcome bonus states T&C terms apply and then a button to download the casino. There is no indication that there is separate terms and where they are. After i received an email from them it took me 10 mins to find the terms. As you have to click on the image just above download. This is totally unfair

withdraw withheld

I did read T&C and made sure i adhered to them. However the T&C for welcome bonus were hidden. pkr.jpg

I did not click on the image because of the download button. It was not clear that this is where the T&C were.
The CMA are currently looking into this and I will be submitted a complaint unless i hear from PKR
[Consumers] being locked into complex and strict requirements linked to gaming promotions that are difficult to understand and may be unachievable. These can include terms that require people to play for longer than they had bargained for before they can withdraw money. The CMA is also concerned that players may not be able to withdraw what remains of their deposit, and any winnings, when they want to stop playing.

But thanks for you comments

Feel your pain sharpest. I had a situation like this some years ago, though for a lesser amount. I broke the max bet rule on two bets out of thousands placed (I doubled two blackjack hands that took me slightly over the max bet rule) and the casino used it as a reason to withhold £1200.

Casinos dont just want the house edge they want the t&c against you as well.

Sadly we inadvertently broke the t&cs... there is not much to do

Your probably right but i have no intention of dropping it until all avenues have been investigated.

There are currently investigations about this sort of practise and whether they breach consumer law. So I will be contacting the relevant bodies

But thanks for comments
