Wire transfer

I made a withdrawal at jc got confirmation that it was processed last Wednesday morning. As this is the first wire transfer request I have ever did, I have no clue on how long it takes. I spoke to my bank today and they said 5 business days max, which is today and still not there. I checked with casino and they sent to correct swift, acct, and routing number. Yikes nervous. Jc says not to worry until 15 bus inessential days. Bank says worry today. Any help

JC has a good reputation with withdrawal payouts. With my past experience with them I always got paid. Sometimes it takes a bit longer. If you supplied the correct account information there should be no worries.
