Wire Transfer Information

Well here's a fun question and wondering if anyone else had any experience.
The only reason why I even signed up for the silly Wired Plastic and Netspend card in the first place was a direct wire number. Since my banks routing number doesn't take a wire transfer directly without needing to go through another bank first.
The way the wires for my small bank is
First gets credited to some major bank, then it get further credited to my small bank, to finally see my account.
So the instructions needed to be giving is
Large Bank
Routing # blah
With further crediting to
Small Bank
Routing # blah
With final credit to
Me
Account # blah
So how does one go about telling quicktender or any casino for that matter how to specifically do the wire, because it'd get to be awfully expensive for them to keep sending a wire directly to the bank when they don't take direct wire transfers.
Really honestly I know the 2 ladies who process all electronic transfers and handle the "risk" department. They both play online like me so they don't really care what shows up in the account. As long as I'm not really giving any money to terrorist plots.
So any experience with this? I suppose I'm just tired of hoping through hoops when I don't need to. Yet Cherry Red, QT, and Club World have given me all the same generic response. You need to fill in the form with your banks details, but they don't give any room on how to go about telling them about the middle bank that helps process the transaction.

I have a small bank also and all I have ever had to give is my routing and bank account info that info is passed on to the intermintent bank that forwards the wire to my bank . That's all you should need also ..all your bank has to do is accept the transfer .

if your winnings is less than $1000 I suggest you asked for a cheque instead. This will somehow save you a lot of trouble.Based from experience, small banks are not that well rounded in this kind of thing but charges automatically anyway.
