It's a 4 rows slot with 50 lines. I'd say it's pretty safe to assume that each of the 20 "boxes" will appear on at least 10 lines each,
maybe as many as 15. So even if there was only ONE missing symbol, chances are you would have got "only" 40 5OAKs of wilds.

But you had 3 missing symbols, so that can easily mean seeing 30 lines not paying out a 5OAK of wilds.
