Nice hit, one tip: (i saw you asking about re-sizing in the other thread) when you make the screenshot use alt+print-screen to capture only the active window, this will make the screenshot a bit smaller already, then open paint, and go to "edit" and click "paste" (or use ctrl+v), when the screenshot appears with white edges, you can re-size it first by going to the 4th tab called "image" on the top, like tirilej posted there, mostly when you fill both input fields with "80" instead of the "100" that is is set on, and saving it as jpeg, the size is perfect for CM's upload standard.
The pic will be about twice the size of what you now posted, and with all the edges visible.
You can also use the "properties" option in the same menu, and change the size to whatever you want; to see what works perfectly for your desired screenie, you can experiment a bit, in the following manner:
Say your original screenie shows 1400 x 700, you change the value of the 1400 to 1100, then check what impact that has: if it's cutting off too much, you can go to the 2nd tab called "edit" where you then use the "undo" function and try again with 1200 for instance, and then rinse and repeat till you get the desired effect
