WORST DAY OF MY LIFE........

Imagine the beauty of seeing this jackpot pop up for the first time ever. Then imagine the feeling of realizing that you've accepted a $20 ND bonus and realizing that the max cashout is only $100.00. I talked to support who were kind but they said in no way shape or form would they let me cashout a cent more than $100.00 per their terms.

While I am grateful for the $20, realizing what could have been makes me almost wish I hadn't got it at all. This truly should be in the screenshots that sucks thread.

What an awful thing to happen. Jackpot Capital, I really wish you could have done something more for me on this one........

Is that I was playing $25 spins to make playthrough and I didn't realize that ALL bonus money would be deducted immediately after playthrough was made. Used to Club World where you can continue playing for comp points.

Made playthrough and continued spinning until I noticed what had happen. So after a $4,000.00 Jackpot, I am going to be cashing out $60.00 .

I contacted support to see if there was anything they could do to get me to at least the $100 cashout and they say absolutely not. They would not add money to my acct. Why in God's name would I continue spinning at $25 a spin if I was at the maximum cashout amount?????????/

Yeah i wouldnt be looking a gifted horse in the mouth here- you knew full well BEFORE you even attmepted the first spin on what you could have out of this.

Def does suck that you can only cashout $100 from the random but hey- rules are rules.

Hopefully the moral to this story is don't ask for anymore free chips in case shit like this happens.
I know if I hit that and could only withdraw $100 I would be throwing my PC right out the door.

I wouldnt even personally put myself in that position to begin with. If I win then I want the money regardless of the red tape, now days I deposit and just play.

On this first pic the random wild as u can see is at the left end. but there were already 3 wilds there. can anybody whos good at math tell me what it would have paid if the random wild were at reel one instead? i would have had wilds on all except one little square. the bet was 1.80 (180 coins)
