Given events on other thread, a few days too late but decided to have a go at RTG slots after the pro-RTG propaganda that Mike031 has been filling the board with the last few months before his untimely demise.

Deposited at Breakaway who gave decent bonus with a max cash-out which is waived if you hit a random jackpot (wishful thinking I know!) and started to play.

I eventually blew it after I had met WR but boy I had fun and the money lasted me a damn long time, started with $60 + $180 bonus and played fairly solidly over 3 days on it.

Below are highlights, obviously busted so not all high but probably cost me $4/hour from my initial deposit at $1/spin which is pretty good value IMO.

Would have had a few more screenshots to download but didn't meet the 100x rule that Mike was so keen on enforcing, would have saved them if I knew he wouldn't be hear to beat me down!!!

Joking aside I always enjoyed Mike's policing of the forum and couldn't wait for one of his rants to go off. Came in this morning and as soon as I saw the banning went off to search for his weekend's postings. I was ROFL laughing catching up and dissapointed he was chucked for good rather than another cooling off period but entirely understandable after the new heights he was reaching (if you are reading Mike031, best wishes with whatever you do and learn to chill a wee bit more...)

Anyhow, here's my screenies and now feel it's my duty to fill the void left by Mike no longer posting his shots!!! In truth, away back to the BJ!

How many percent of the screenshots in this thread you think are played on play money mode? In MG casinos and some others too you cant know if it is in play money mode or not from a single screenshot. Its a good way to get your reputation points higher here to play some "high limit" play money games, then post in this thread and receive awful amount of "thanks" from that. Just my thoughts.

Why aren't you playing max coins? As said earlier, you could have been playing 5 credits per game and would have won 4000 :eek2: It really makes me sad seeing royal at less than max coins. I once saw a pat royal posted at 1 coin per bet, what a waste!

Very few, most of the MG's played in fun mode say practice mode either above or below the credits

Yes, i learn my lessons now. I just thinking play few spin and focus to win some smaller hand like full house or 4kind. Really not expect any RF... :confused:

without sounding sarcastic (honestly). Some people just dont have the money or stomach to play Max every time. I know myself, that when Im playing either a new casino, new game or different strategy with less money just to test it out, I never play max until I get the feel of it

Simply, I cannot afford it. Plus, if max was played, how do you know the hand would be the same? I get much better hands/spins with .40 than I do with higher bets and just want it to last longer

If someone takes the time it does take to print screen etc.. and is proud of their hand, not the money...we shouldnt be monday morning quarterbacks!

If you cannot afford to play max coins on a video poker, then you should drop to a smaller denomination. Slots are different, some give higher payout for max coins, some don't. If you are happy betting about $5, then you are much better off playing 5 coins at the $1 level than 3 coins at $2 or 1 coin at $5. With max coins that house edge of full pay JoB is 0.46%, with fewer coins 1.82%, about 4 times as much, if you follow the strategy for full pay JoB. It would be reduced slightly if you make appropriate strategy adjustments.

I am not saying anything about the absolute amount you should bet, but when it matters whether you pay max coins or not, you are best off paying max coins at a denomation you can afford. In the case of video poker, it could extend your expected playing time fourfold.
 
Now I know 500 times bet is not to be sniffed at, but when you consider I had 7 and not the usual 9 lines played it could have been 100 more :rolleyes:
But the previous credit I had 0.70 left and reduced to 7 lines. Won 1.20 and didn't increase back to 9 lines before I spun in only my second ever 5 scatters.

I wasnt gonna bother but this is the 2nd one like this in less than 5 minutes, I didnt save the first one because it small like this but together is $50. BTW..I traded sides each time and got the 25 spins (ref: wife husband debate thread)

I made $1000 in w/r last night at Inet, Real Series and VP was good to me, until the the server went down, probably a good thing, after a few hours I start to get dollar sign eyes and usually lose the lot.

That game is okay but I have to play the nurse one, something about the pulsating crotch on the gotch that just doesnt make me feel comfortable.:D
 
The men grew cold on me so I moved on to the women... lol... This was an awesome feature, $80 of this win was from 5 of the blood pressure monitors at a 7x multiplier. Another $50 withdrawl and off I go to play some more :thumbsup:
 
I bombed

out fast on that Doctor Sq and tried the hunks and bombed on that too. I dont get it. Like I said about the new RTG games and these new games, throw us a bonus on the first try of a new game, even if its not alot. Dont they want to impress us with the new features?
