trying something new

I decided to try low bets and after so many non paying hands jump up my bet, I was pondering moving up just before this hand. But on the bright side, thank goodness I decided to always bet max. with this strategy, because a lot of the time I don't!:D

Yep - tried both those things - even on a different PC now!

I'd never played that slot before, but seeing your posts inspired me!
Did a total of 177 spins - but never managed to line up 3 suns.
Frustratingly just 1 spot out numerous times - twice for 5 in a line... :(
So I still don't know what the feature does...
But I forgave the slot cos this popped in:-

I was expecting this to be like Lotto Madness, but it's not - it's crap.
No feature on this one either...
But once again it was slightly redeemed by this winking beauty! :D

My dad hates slots, he's a holdem poker player for 30 years. He signed up for a free no deposit bonus at at slots of vegas ( don't know about them) and called me over to tell him what was going on. (I live next door and we have a wireless internet connection that connects us both) He had retriggered achilles several times and I showed up in time to capture these screens. He of course lost it back ( RTG is that way) but I thought it was nice for a first time slot player (Poker is his game, slots are the devil) to see a win jump up. Anyway, here are a couple of nice achilles hits. Notice the number of free spins left on the first one but the outcome should have been higher.
 
2 FROM A DAY+ AGO

Catrina, how cool for your dad......This afternoon I called my dad who is also an avid poker player and tried to talk him into going to Tunica for w-e as I felt it would be good for him but he declined. I will hit it by myself later today. Kudos to your POP.

I know this isn't really big enough for this thread (it's betx67) , but it's almost the maximum feature return as the x2 was my second pick & there were only 2 eggs left when I found the alien...!

4 hours drive also, 45 minutes by flight into Tunica International(LOL) which is smaller than a SHELL gas station. 90% at the Horseshoe and 10% at the Grand. Will have to check out Sam's sometime.

Definitely not Vegas or the Beau Rivage,it is strictly for gambling and easily accesible as the SHOE allows me to take a charter flight on a moments notice so the convenience is optimal. The first time I went my mother warned me that it was not Vegas and she carried on about holes in sheets but actually I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. Currently, I am given a top floor suite and beleive it or not, it is as nice or nicer than any suite I ever stayed(lived) in Vegas.(Venetian and Mandalay which gave me,single guy, one of the honeymoon suites-WTF)..............I avoid the casino on Friday and Saturday nights during peak hours due to the demograhics of the patrons (to be politically correct).:cheers:

Does anyone else who's played Fruit Mania get the feeling that getting the sun's lined up is not entirely random?
Jeff seems to have had 5 several times, and when I was playing the game it always seemed to conveniently just miss by one spot... :confused:

I haven't been back to Biloxi since Katrina, but as we're comped (nothing like suites and free charter flights LOL) in Tunica, we keep going back. I hate the drive -- 6 hours, half of that on 2 lanes thru small towns. Someday I'll go to Vegas, but for our regular quarterly gambling trips, I'll stick w/Tunica. I hate Harrah's as we could never generate enough playthrough at our level to make it worth our while. MGM screwed us over when they took over our 'home' casino, the GoldStrike, and we have moved our primary play over to Sam's Town and their 9/6 Jacks. Play that earned us 1 or 2 free weeknights each at the GS under MGM, now brings us 3 nights each (mine are 'any' nights) at Sam's -- we try to stick with weeknights, too. (Positively HATE Fri/Sat in T-town.)

We try to skip trips during the worst of the mosquito season, and I wear long sleeves and pants while there anyway as I freeze inside the casinos.

I so wish there were B&M casinos nearer, though. I love the sights and sounds and smells of the 'real' casino experience (especially since I don't play online now :mad:).

Your are right that I should not take offense and maybe CM will move to sux :D. I always debated posting any shots as they can send so many different messages via this medium. Perhaps, I was just angry at myself for ever posting a screenshot in my response above but actually I was at peace with your post as it reinforced that I do not need to post shots period anymore irrespective of the unwritten rules. Furthermore, I have never found you to have overstepped any boundaries and apologize for my obnoxious comment. In fact, I really enjoy your posts particularily in wild cards(music,videos,and Brit.comedians).IIRC, what I admire most was a post(s) I read by you regarding gambling addiction and ones loss of self respect. You nailed that. I see some self destructing here versus the hidden agendas of those who enable. Ignorance is bliss.. Sorry to have offended but there is reason to my madness. Best Wishes.
