I am aware of the C-Rewards bonus policy, as I have been "bonus banned" myself on many an occasion.

However, it's not ALWAYS the case though. I have noticed that my ban gets lifted when I go "back into the red" (having lifetime losses across all C-Rewards casinos) and it gets applied when I go "back into the black" (having lifetime profit).

It may well be that you've done rather well (ie you are enjoying lifetime profit) at C-Rewards, hence why you can't (or why they won't allow you to) take bonuses. But then again, if you're hitting a couple of monsters like this, not having a bonus is a good thing.
