I submitted withdrawal requests from Windows Casino after being emailed a 200% bonus on the 12th and the 17th, both of which have been refunded to my account. I've now submitted a third withdrawal request.

The T&Cs are listed here, under "exclusive 200% first deposit bonus"

This is 35*(Deposit + Bonus) for a GBP player like myself, with Blackjack counting 1/3 towards wagering. I am 100% sure i've met these requirements, on penalty shootout and blackjack. I've sent a PM to Greg here but he's not been around for a while so hasn't seen it yet.

Another thing that's strange about this promotion is that Windows actually opened me a new casino account and included the username and password in the email. The new account was complete with all my address details etc.

Windows Casino, sort yourself out!!

Yeah, although they knew I had an account they opened another account for me with a new account number with a PW. It baffles me as to why they would want us to have different accounts. If they were opened by the player it would be 'player abuse'.

PS. Liquuid_fusion, was your first account transferred from the RTG days. This could be the reason as mine was opended several years ago when this casino was operated by Tony Friedman the rascal.

Just to add, i've sent a couple of emails to CS but i've not received any replies after 10 days. I went to live chat once but the representative quoted incorrect figures for my wagering (which, incidentally, tally with the comp points in my cashier). However I know they are wrong because I carefully counted my wagering as I progressed to ensure that I had done enough.

I too suddenly find myself with the dubious pleasure of having an account at Windows casino, and have had a couple of these "exclusive" (to everybody:rolleyes:) 200% bonus offers.
I recall the terms being terrible, so didn't bother. If the rep is no longer around as seems the case, Wager Junction look like going on my "avoid" list, not least for the "stunt" of opening a completely new casino account with a totally different casino, and then attempting to con me with the "Brit-hating" small print that they conveniently avoid mentioning in the mailed invite and "exclusive" offer.

My payment has been processed finally after receiving confirmation from the pitboss. I've not actually received the money yet though (I seem to recall last time this happened my money was lost in cyberspace for 7-10 days before finally appearing in Neteller!).

I don't understand why Windows don't fix this bug, there is obviously something wrong with the way their system counts wagering and comp points. Only approx 2/3 of wagering is actually acknowleged by the system - but then again, there must be a way around it because they give in with a bit of persistence. I've seen other forum posts on exactly this issue going back at least a year!

Also, their clever idea of opening a duplicate account for loads of people is extremely unorthodox, I wonder who thought that one up.
