Williamhill — worst place for highrollers

I opened account on WilliamHill from September 11, 2017. My account was verified on the next day. I played on their casino games every day I made bets up to 500 eur per round.

They ask me proof of income from October 9. I sent my wageslip and my boyfriend's proof of income. They don't accept it. After a lot of emails WilliamHill offer me to create a complaint on the Gibraltar Gambling Commission.

My complaint to Gibraltar was declined without solid reason. They said that I covered some details on screenshot, because I want to hide illegal activity, but I do it, because I want to hide transaction that not correlated with income. When I sent an unedited file, Gibraltar said me "You should be contacting William Hill with this information and cooperate with all of its requests for documentation."

WilliamHill asked my boyfriend to receive information from e-wallet, but e-wallet said if WilliamHill want any information them need to contact with e-wallet directly. WilliamHill said that they do it, but I wait 4 weeks from last their answer and no decision, no money and they start ignoring my emails. So WilliamHill hold my money (38k eur) 3 month!!!

Unfortunately, blanking something out is likely to be a good reason for not accepting it, I strongly disagree but I don't think you will get anywhere arguing that.
I also don't think William Hill will get any account information from Skrill/Neteller, whichever the ewallet is, and even less likely if the account is in your boyfriends name!

This type of thing is going to be a minefield and I'll put money on seeing numerous complaints in the near future about it

WilliamHill don't ask unedited file and nothing change when I sent it, because I covered unrelated transactions like buy tickets or ATM cashout.
