Just a little post about William Hill.

I can't help but facepalm everytime I use the site. It's so frustrating, A great design, good bonuses, excellent range of slots, and great sports betting.

But these great bonuses are always with problems, as today, offerd a %50 deposit bonus, made my deposit and no bonus added.

So here goes with the live chat, I connect to the live chat client and I'm told I'm 15th in the queue with an average wait time of 5;04minutes

13minutes later, I'm in 14th place, so I go away make some tea, sit back down at the computer and I'm 15th again

I eventually get connected to a chat agent 43minutes later, and it's like talking to a primary school child, they understand nothing, and I don't even think they know what a 50% deposit bonus is

Why do William Hill do this to themselves? I would most certainly play here more if the support was better, it's horrendous and so frustrating!

Why do YOU do that to YOURSELF?
There are MANY better places to play than Will Hills. Generally I think you'll find that most of the really big sport-book linked casinos are similar - too big to give their customers that "personal touch".
Read the forum for a bit and you'll find some excellent alternatives.

Oh I've been around.

William Hills product is great. Better than Betfred, Ladbrokes & Coral.

You're right with your first statement lol why do I do it to myself. But I've yet to find a high street mob with as good a service online.

I like to occasionally collect winnings over the counter. And I used to do this a lot with Ladbrokes, but I refuse to spend any money with Ladbrokes nowadays.

With William Hill the support is the real let down, I got the bonus in the end, so my case was satisfied,

It's just beggars belief that a shoddy RTG casino can have speedier more knowledgeable support than a multi million pound high street bookmaker.

Unfortunately the poor Support at Will Hill has been complained about by many players for some time, yet nothing appears to have been done about it.

It's surprising that such a successful company, and with such an emphasis on the digital division of the business (which generates significant profits for them) has not realised - or doesn't really care - that they have such piss-poor customer service.

From my personal experience the support has always been okay and professional enough any time ive contacted them and have never had a query go unresolved.

What people must remember tho unlike your average casino the chat staff on William hill probably deal with a lot more queries especially on a Saturday when its busiest day for sports betting. I know casino and sports chat are separate but that doesn't stop people going to wrong chat and causing delays.

I also don't really get why in other threads people knock William hills casino as personally between the casino, games section and vegas slots I think its got one of the best selections of slots out there. Its also by far the easiest sports site to navigate and use. For any one that likes sports betting and slots theres no better site out that combines both.

Paddypower are a great big land sportsbook, and they treat their customers with care and respect. They also are playtech, and the no 1 playtech imo.

I have played William Hill for a while. The online service was occasionally slow (in queue for 5 to 10 minutes) but I didn’t mind that too much. As for the quality of this help, it’s like most other casinos; it all depends whom you fall upon. Some have the correct answers and do help, some stray you in the wrong direction and most don’t know (or don’t care). I will not use another casino that utilises playtech blackjack; I believe it to be bogus (especially when you are winning). I had a difficult withdrawal with William Hill «We are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal request of SEK 2,204.50 has been approved. » yeah right. I waited for my credit card statement and more than a month later, still no money. Oh! they tell me, «Your withdrawal (to my credit card) was refused by your bank». Now they tell me, more than a month later (after asking them, of course).

When a client tries to deposit and the deposit is refused by the bank, William Hill will immediately send you an email telling you it was refused so you can try to deposit with another card (they want your money), BUT when your withdrawal is refused by your bank (I don’t know why they should?), William Hill will not tell you, you are let to believe that you have been credited and that is that. Take care of your monetary affairs or your affairs will take care of you.

Bit of an update here.

I never did recieve that bonus, I thought I had but upon checking I hadn't, so I've been back and forth on Live chat since Saturday.

The outcome still hasn't arrived, they first told me all players were having problems claiming, then yesterday they said I hadn't claimed (which I had)

Now today they are offering the bonus again, but still not paid it out from Saturday,

I have also been sent a survey by William Hill as I expressed a massive dissapointment in the service.
