Just a little post about William Hill.
I can't help but facepalm everytime I use the site. It's so frustrating, A great design, good bonuses, excellent range of slots, and great sports betting.
But these great bonuses are always with problems, as today, offerd a %50 deposit bonus, made my deposit and no bonus added.
So here goes with the live chat, I connect to the live chat client and I'm told I'm 15th in the queue with an average wait time of 5;04minutes
13minutes later, I'm in 14th place, so I go away make some tea, sit back down at the computer and I'm 15th again
I eventually get connected to a chat agent 43minutes later, and it's like talking to a primary school child, they understand nothing, and I don't even think they know what a 50% deposit bonus is
Why do William Hill do this to themselves? I would most certainly play here more if the support was better, it's horrendous and so frustrating!
