William Hill payment issues

Hi,

I've made several withdrawals on a William Hill account, after a few withdrawals they asked for verification which I sent and was approved. I had 3 pending withdrawals, 1 was processed post verification and 2 were declined. Since then the account has been under a 'routine security check' for almost 2 weeks. Every time I speak with support I get 0 information except being told I'll be informed when there's an update. I can't raise a formal complaint apparently as no decision from the security check has been made.

What are my next steps here? Is there anything I can do other than wait?

Have you tried to contact them via phone call?
They I’m sure are the same brand as coral, and they provide phone service.

I’d give that a try, pretty sure your stuck via a PAB here as there’s never been a rep in my 10 years plus in the place.

Maybe best to ask @maxd as he’s the man in the know.
