Just a very big warning. William hill casino (both the online java and thick client download) is without doubt a jiz. Playing the java game tonight and the big pause between requesting a hit when on 12/13/14 is laughable. At all other times the cards come quick but when your on the edge against a dealer high card 8+ then the software seems to go into overdrive to deliver you a picture and bust you out. I could maybe understand this using the java/flash version but not with the thick client.

I have played many hundreds of hands there and consistantly see bad streaks when the dealer wins 8/9/10 on the bounce unseen in a b&m..

Their support is run by robots who send you the corporate e-mail as response to any query.......William hill has been established for X years why would we cheat...bla bla bla......
I have requested that I attend their offices and sit down with a senior manager to show and prove to him that their casino is just the right side of fixed. I told them I would travel and play all at my own expense but I doubt it will ever come to anything. I would love it if they did, it would show they are confident in their software.

The roulette is no better, many times covering the board the number with the least payout hits 80% of the time. And dont try to chase line bets or sections as you will lose lose lose....middle column came up 8 times on the bounce.....I know statistically possible but everytime you play william hill seems to generate butt busting runs of cards or numbers.
I will now stick with 32red and have wiped the shamefull wh casino from my machine and blocked the website from my firewall, hopefully i will forget the password and I will never be allowed to browse to their biased home again.

And no I have not just taken a kicking from them.....even's tonight....just sick of the un-randomness they give out all the time

I share with you. I play Carribean Poker at WH and was beaten on 2 unbelievable hands, once a flush beaten by a full house and the other a full house beaten by a greater full house. I dont what the odds are of this happening in a five-card game but this is ludicrous. Can anybody tell me the chances of getting an FH beaten by another FH at this game?

this is not the way to resolve this

i too have lost lots of money at crypto sites (2500$ as of 2 weeks ago)

but if you really want to take matters up, you need to discuss/dispute your findings with cryptologic not william hill, cryptologic/wagerlogic is responsible for the design of software

the only problem i have with william hill personally is their customer support (or rather lack of it)

I am not trying to have this resolved. I am just trying to vent my frustration at what seem quite absurd hands. As for the lack of customer service,I will want to tell everybody that there is aboslutely none if you try to communicate via e-mail. They simply do not respond.

A flush appears every 509 games according to my book!! And a full house every 694 games.

To get beat on either a flush or full house is pretty remote to say the least

The Java casino, which was the subject of the first post, is Boss Media.

he was referring to both flash and download versions

although i'm particularly fond of the boss media s/w either

you know its funny how much more traffic that this complaint forum gets than any others. I am sure a percentage of it is from disgruntled losers but I also see many legitimate claims. I see a lot of complaints going around about the randomness of the games yet it seems nothing ever gets done about it. Crypto, bossmedia, and now RTG all seem to be the same way. If you are fresh and new, you can win a little up front, but the longer you play the more occurances of seeminging impossible 10+ hand wins you start to see. Something is fishy with all of these operations, best bet, stick with land based casinos, don't risk any sizable amount of money at these online casinos, at least at a land based casino if you lose you have nothing to blame but yourself(or maybe the player next to you :) ) because state laws are strict on the payouts and the gameplay. Offshore governments are too loose and really are not on anyone's side but the casino itself, there is nothing to say that the game has to play exactly like the real land based version when it comes down to odds.

If you are not concerned about winning or losing, and just wanna have fun then go ahead and gamble online.

or else just play with the crypto monthly bonuses for as many months as they let you. Not very many, of course. Not in one million years would I play Crypto with my own money.

I stopped playing at Crypto even with bonuses. I saw the same pattern every time I played there (somewhere between 10 and 15 times). Could of course be down to bad luck, but I decided it was best to stop playing there. Was better to stick to MG viper casinos and have much fewer 'hmmm' experiences.

i have said this a few times, i had great wins at william hill, and use to praise them all the time, but the last two years, there customer service is bad.

There other casinos to play at than mess with them
