Resolved William Hill - deposit issues solved

I am having trouble depositing at William Hill today - clicking deposit (in the download and no download casino) gives me, "Sorry, we were unable to process your deposit. Please click here for help. (Error DEP03)" before I've even selected a deposit method or amount.

I wondered if anyone else is having a problem. I'm waiting for Live Chat to respond, "You are currently number 43 in the queue" indicates that other people may be in touch with them...

I'm chatting with Live Chat now. It's a bit slow going... Anyway, I just did a Google search for 'Error DEP03' to see if anyone else has reported the problem and ALREADY this thread at meister came out top in the results. Now that's fast.

Update: the problem was just with my account. I had a duplicate account back in the day and it got flagged. All sorted and support did a good job.

I know this is an old thread, but I should mention that Willaim Hill is in the "Reservation". They have never been accredited at Casinomeister. You can read why this is here: William Hill Casino in the Reservation.
