so other day had a bonus offer which i took up but every time i span once the balance went to zero and had to refresh every single spin. so cancelled bonus as live chat never answers.

tonight scratchcard offer wager 10 get 5 free on bonanza, thought im in it since i clicked play not, but apparentl has a invisible button that says get bonus, when it does show ive wager 40 already, i click get bonus and over and over just reloads bonus button. 100 on and still not got my bonus.

go on live chat been number 1 in que for 30 minutes then number 2 then number 1 then number 2............you get my drift......

I don't know of a single land-based licensed betting office chain whose online offering isn't a clunky, bloated, slow, cluttered monstrosity. Ladbrokes is probably the worst in terms of ease of use. Pop-ups everywhere, difficult to navigate, slow as fuck and the wallet system they use where you have to transfer funds from your main wallet into SLOTS or whatever - inconvenient and frustrating in the extreme. They have a lot games but by Christ their site boils my piss, and the amount of 'offers' I keep getting through drives me up the wall.

That happened to me last saturday. The bonus money disappeared after each spin, and displayed my main balance instead.

I did find though, that you can still play, and the wagering is accounted for.

I just opened 2 tabs of the homepage, resized the one on the right hand side to 1/4 screen width and opened the bonus tab, to see my balance and wagering.
The window on the left I resized to 3/4 screen width and loaded the game.

I did report it to CS, who assured me they would contact 'the relevant department', Obviously they didn't

WH are CRAP ... as are all the big 3 bookies ... WH LADS and CORAL.

I closed my account ages ago with WH due to very arrogant and gimped support ...

they gave canned responses and have zero idea how to run an online casino .... my take on them "Avoid" as you wont get anywhere

Live help at both WillHill and their sister site Eurogrand are awful. Uninformed and very evasive. Also I find that their bonus offers come with too difficult wagering requirements which often suckers you into taking on board an extra bonus that you didn't opt into.
