Hi everyone,
Yes, buzzweisergrl, weve updated our withdrawal pages to reflect a waiting period of 30 days. Players should be informed of this upon withdrawal and Ill check with our financial team in regards to conveying this information.
So why does it take so long to receive a withdrawal?
As everyone is well aware, the situation with the US and online gaming is quite delicate. More and more banks are less willing to work with our processing company and issue checks relating to online gaming. The processing company we work with is doing everything they can to find alternative solutions. Since theyve had trouble in the past with some banks they want to make sure they do their homework in terms of the banks they work with.
The change from 21 days to 30 days on the withdrawals is simply a reflection of the reality of the situation on the ground. Weve always been honest in regards to the banking situation so were telling our US players straight out its going to take some time to get your money. There is an excellent chance youll get the check in less than 30 days but its not something were willing to sign on.
Our financial department suggests using either C2P or Quicktender for your deposits and withdrawals to cut back on waiting time. If you dont have an account with either of them, please contact our support team and theyll be glad to assist you. Not everyone will be eligible due to various criteria, both by the casino and the payment options, but if youve been playing with us for 2 months and have a clean history, you should not have a problem.
Just to be clear, this issue is only affecting our US customers. I dont want to start a political debate but here but lets hope the US government gets their act together soon in regards to online gaming and we can all go back to the way things used to be!
If anybody has any specific questions please feel free to PM me or contact our support team at
