I cashed out at wildjack casino a JF group on 9/6/07 I called today to check on my withdraw and they told me it is now taking up to 30 business days which means it could take until 10/18 to get my money. Of course they do not share this information with you when you cashout. This is ridiculous. I will not play there anymore. That is absoutly the last time. I will take my business elsewhere. Whats going on with JF Mr. Brickman?

Is this just a US issue?
I requested a (small) withdrawal on the 15th, and received a cheque on the 19th.

must be but what happens is wildjack processes and then someone else send the check out. It is ridiculous. It used to only be 21 working days and you would get it in 14-18 days they just changed it a couple of days ago which probably means they lost their processor and are looking for a new one. I see Mr. Brickman has not replied.

Hi everyone,

Yes, buzzweisergrl, weve updated our withdrawal pages to reflect a waiting period of 30 days. Players should be informed of this upon withdrawal and Ill check with our financial team in regards to conveying this information.

So why does it take so long to receive a withdrawal?

As everyone is well aware, the situation with the US and online gaming is quite delicate. More and more banks are less willing to work with our processing company and issue checks relating to online gaming. The processing company we work with is doing everything they can to find alternative solutions. Since theyve had trouble in the past with some banks they want to make sure they do their homework in terms of the banks they work with.

The change from 21 days to 30 days on the withdrawals is simply a reflection of the reality of the situation on the ground. Weve always been honest in regards to the banking situation so were telling our US players straight out its going to take some time to get your money. There is an excellent chance youll get the check in less than 30 days but its not something were willing to sign on.

Our financial department suggests using either C2P or Quicktender for your deposits and withdrawals to cut back on waiting time. If you dont have an account with either of them, please contact our support team and theyll be glad to assist you. Not everyone will be eligible due to various criteria, both by the casino and the payment options, but if youve been playing with us for 2 months and have a clean history, you should not have a problem.

Just to be clear, this issue is only affecting our US customers. I dont want to start a political debate but here but lets hope the US government gets their act together soon in regards to online gaming and we can all go back to the way things used to be!

If anybody has any specific questions please feel free to PM me or contact our support team at support@jackpotfactory.com

All the best,

David Brickman

"Weve always been honest in regards to the banking situation so were telling our US players straight out its going to take some time to get your money " This really bothers me.You have NEVER been honest. Its been LIES,LIES and more LIES Why 30 days?? your checks that come to the US for payment is from the same US bank as the other casinos use ,they dont take 30 days, so that excuse doesnt fly. PLEASE STOP THE LYING:mad:

PawPrints does villento use the same bank as wildjack? you said it was only taking 8-10 days to get your check from them. So why is wildjack having a problem? And yes David when I cashed out from you on 9/6 it was still 21 working days.

So that everyone understands Mr. Brickman. You and YOUR processors have found a way to debit money from my bank within a day or two, yet you haven't been able to pay the same way you collect????? The mail doesn't take three weeks unless you mail it from the moon or something, maybe. I think it is time to take the temperature out there David, and you are sick indeed. The people have no confidence in your entitiy. After my own personal experiences with you I can safely state JACKPOT FACTORY SUCKS!!

No JF, you won't get anymore of my money. Lying, cheating, stealing,,that's all you seem to do. One of these days, and it won't be long, you'll look for me and baby I'll be gone! YOUR TIME IS GONNA COME.............LedZep

You might like to take a look at the JF Blog, also by David. Here, JF are getting kudos for getting a check to a player who made a silly typo. The 30 day wait is re-iterated as set in stone, but they were able to keep to 30 days despite the earlier mistake. Part of the problem was the need to wait 10 days to cancel the duff check.
Some players here are arguing that it takes MORE than 30 days to get paid, and that is without any mistakes. These bad cases have NOT appeared on the blog.

The issue in February turned out to be one of frozen funds, but for several months the JF kept the truth under wraps, pretending all was well with the system, and it was just taking a bit longer. It is only NOW that JF are being truthful - as they don't have much choice as the problems they had are public knowledge.

This is exactly what we had with Neteller at around the same time, the official line was that, due to the huge number of requests, and limited processing capacity, US players were going to have to wait a month or more. It turned out to be a lie, the money had been seized, and NO checks were being sent out from day one. Eventually, Neteller had to admit this under pressure, and we now know that the actual wait was more like 6 to 11 months, and Neteller probably suspected this would be the case from the outset.

30 DAYS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Sorry for the caps, but WOW.
I never thought I'd say it, but Bodog is actually faster!

Why in the world are you suggesting that American players use C2P????

Do you not know that in order to WD from C2P, you have to WD in excess of $1500? (At least for us Americans)

In the past 2 months I've had several withdrawals both via check & ACH. I never had to wait more than 12 business days for either. One of the Check WD's was received within 2 business days.

Moral of the story: There are processors out there that will and can process withdrawals to US players in a timely fashion. You just have to look for them, and be proactive - not just think "because Americans think it's the norm, they won't mind".

I know for a fact that check from the JF come from the same place as another MG casino and it does not take 30 business days (which is actually about 1 1/2 months). This is ludacris. Mr. Brickman start telling the people the truth. They indeed (JF) have lost my business from here on out. There is no way I will put one more red cent into that casino. Matter of fact I should have learned the last time.

I think that's right. Before the ban the software would only take from Peter(s) to pay paul. Since Peter(s) ran away. There is no one left but Paul. Can't pay Paul if there is not enough peter(s) to pay him.

Reply from David Brickman at the Jackpot Factory

Hi everyone,

David Brickman again.First of all, thanks for everyones comments and opinions. I will try and go through some of the points raised in this post.

The Jackpot Factory works with a specific processing company. They in turn work with other companies and banks to get checks distributed for withdrawals. At this moment in time, they can only guarantee 30 days delivery. It has absolutely nothing to do with us not having enough funds to pay our customers. If there are other casinos that are able to process checks in less time, please PM me about them and well pass along the information to the processing company.

We pride ourselves on honest play and feel that being straightforward with our players in regards to payouts is of paramount importance. However, if the 30 day period is too long for you, I cannot stop you from playing at another casino, but Im not sure if there is a better option as I mentioned above, if you know of another casino that can process checks faster than us, please PM me. Im serious when I say we want to make JF the best online casino experience. In any event, Ill keep everyone posted when and if the timelines are shortened.

Pacers: Your point about source to source payments is excellent and in European countries and this is exactly what we are doing; however, in the US this is restricted. If we couldwe would. Again, you have my apologies for your recent banking issues and I wont go into the debate again on whose end the errors occurred, but mistakes sometimes do happen.

Vinylweatherman: The February withdrawals were a complicated and we were initially working on the assumption that the money was indeed in the system. As soon as it was apparent the money was frozen we made public statements about it. You dont have to take my word for it but thats all I can give.

Hope this covers most of everyones issues. As always, I do monitor this forum on a regular basis and am happy to receive PMs with specific questions. I am out of the office for the next 3 days but in general most questions will receive a response within 24 hours.

All the best,

There's a few other casinos that process ACH withdrawals to customers in the USA without any problems. Maybe JF should look into a secondary processor that can do this as well.

Yes David, mistakes do happen. The way you respond to mistakes is then what matters. Since you brought it up, I will go into the mistake made by your processor. Your assertion that it was my bank is BS. I have proof that the extra deposit was paid to your processor and you have the proof as well, so take ownership of this incident and stop misleading people here about what happened. You come on here and tell everyone how responsive you are to player issues when in fact you only responded to my situation once it was being discussed in this forum. Just telling us how great you are doesn't cut it, you have to back it up. I was a loyal customer until you blew it on this issue.

My comment about your being able to debit my bank account immediately and not being able to pay the same way wasn't to say that you have the ability to credit my account the same way (ACH). The point I am making is that it no way, no how takes 30 days to write a check and mail it to the US. If it does, you are either lazy or intentionally trying to delay payments. Which is it David?? I suspect the latter. I think you want to keep the money in limbo as long as possible either out of financial concerns or in hopes that the player will ask to have the money returned to their casino account to lose. Either way it is BAD BUSINESS.

Blow your horn all you want about how involved you are in resolving player problems. It is unbelievable to me that YOU handle things so poorly and then brag about your capabilities. Stop treating us like idiots and really address the issues if you are so righteous. Stop blaming your victims for god sake!!

I'm sorry you turned a mistake into all this, but I guess I'm not surprised coming from the outfit that encouraged the sick, dying and recently divorced to find salvation through playing slots. (remember those "testimonials"????) I guess we all should have known better about Jackpot Factory, but now the trust is gone and it is your group that suffers because of it.

I wouldn't give JF another penny after what happened at the beginning of the year..... I don't care what Mr. Brickman has to say- I don't believe a single word that he says. JF *USED* to be a great casino to play at then it all turned- they are one of the worst!

30 days to receive payment?!?!? Are you out of your friggen mind??? I have made several withdrawls from both Villento and 7 Sultans- BOTH casinos have mailed my money out in a timely manner- I receive my checks between 8-12 days--- Both casinos have said it can take up to 21 days but most checks are received much sooner- When 7 Sultans first told me that- I though for sure- Here we go again (thinking it would be this huge delay before I get paid).... and sure enough- not 2 weeks later- Money in my bank! When I asked 7 Sultans why they say 21 days- they mention they can't predict delivery times for the mail so they would rather be safe than sorry-

Buzz- I've read several of your post about the delay in payment from them previously--- STOP PLAYING THERE!!! It won't get any better!!!!! They don't deserve your money!

Try 7 Sultans or Villento--- You will be much happier! Withdrawls are QUICK AND EASY!

Mr Brickman, Yes you made puplic statements about the US banks freezing our money, and thats why you couldnt pay us for 4 months Well the truth is ,the US banks never froze our money. The US banks can not freeze money even if they think its gambling money, their only option is either cash it or return it. For banks to freeze money, they would have to go to court and get a court order,,Read up on the US law before you make statements like that. I think that either you processing company took off with your money or you just couldn't afford to pay the player, since you still use the same processing ,I say you didnt have the money to pay for all the withdrawls. Please DONT say the bank froze it one more time because that DID NOT happen, it just shows you are still lying.Maybe if you tell the truth you will win SOME players trust again:mad:
