Why does Rival think it's Friday??

Today, I have received at least 9 emails from Rival white labels where the subject is:
Xxxxxx, It's Friday - take a look at our promotions!

Is it Monday in your emails? Are they trying to fool me? :D

And for a future reader, It's Monday today!!
 
I got plenty of Friday bonuses today as well. Aren't we being told that each of the white labels are responsible for their own marketing?

Seems thats not the case.

So it's not just cash-outs which are running 3 days late... :p

Like maphesto, I am still playing Rivals regularly and am happy with everything except the slow cash-outs.
This is not an issue for me personally, but if other players DO mind waiting a week or more for their cash they should take maphesto's advice...

I am! I like Rival slots very much. But there are issues...:mad:


To be honest I like them as well they have superb slots!! But as long as they wont sort things out between rival management and licensees/white labels I wont lay my hard earned cashin there hands/cashier ....:cool:

About year ago, i told in live chat that they have "probably" some mistake, on their T&C... i tried to help, and when i quoted, they stated that this is management decision!! However, i tried and tried to explain tha, maybe this is "typing error", but that person on chat was rude.

I tried later with other guy, and he said that i must follow these rules (if i open an account), etc, etc, even i pointed out the "weird line"

Ok, once, supervisor get it, and ask it that tell me, where it is, i said that do you remember that when we start chatting, i asked "Can i ask one question about one Bonne Chance N.V, Casino?", where he answer: yes, and he tried and tried, but i didn't say. Lesson to support

So, what it is... the famous abuse rule... maybe you get it?! :what: :p

(Edit: Do not reveal Casino name to them... lol :D ...when you find it)
 
Wonder how many people told them the same thing you did before they got it. maybe it's still like that have you looked? good old language barrier thing again:thumbsup:

I have posted shot after shot of screwed up terms. Never mattered to Rival, reps., or others (that it should have).

BTW, "now" does not matter either!!

Spotted something completely weird:p

Well, i admit that i speak "broken English", so to my eyes, it didn't make sense: "the casino does now allow...". But i didn't even thought that "Now" and "Not", first i see whole phrase as a "hijacked". And not one letter mistake or something like that. :oops:

I guess, because i love: "Bonne Chance NV" so much - NOT!!!, then every mistake by them, is like a Jackpot*, without depositing! :cool:
( i am bad, awful... sorry)

(Not a Jackpot = *their [honest] employees, who will lost their job, because f* stupid management)
