Really?!? No!!!
About year ago, i told in live chat that they have "probably" some mistake, on their T&C... i tried to help, and when i quoted, they stated that this is management decision!! However, i tried and tried to explain tha, maybe this is "typing error", but that person on chat was rude.
I tried later with other guy, and he said that i must follow these rules (if i open an account), etc, etc, even i pointed out the "weird line"
Ok, once, supervisor get it, and ask it that tell me, where it is, i said that do you remember that when we start chatting, i asked "Can i ask one question about one Bonne Chance N.V, Casino?", where he answer: yes, and he tried and tried, but i didn't say. Lesson to support
So, what it is... the famous abuse rule... maybe you get it?!
