Dear xxxx xxxxx,
We are pleased to inform you that your casino account will remain operational. You will be able to enjoy the same casino experience you have in the past. We are making some changes but we feel you will find these changes refreshing and positive.

Be assured that your account remains untouched. If you should need to re-install your software for any reason, you can do so at our website www.planet7casino.com. Your account balances, play history, comp balance, bonuses, VIP status etc. all remain intact and unchanged. Please note that all your requests, including deposits and withdrawals, shall continue to be honored as they were before. We are making some transitions during this time, so we ask that you be patient for this next two weeks when requesting a withdrawal. However, it is important to emphasize that all withdrawals will be processed by us with diligence once we finish our transition.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the catseye casino posting from earlier.
Might be two completely separate entities but I wonder.

I also got the emails above. I downloaded the software opened an account and the code for the free $50 didn't work. It said the coupon has already been claimed. lol ! All I can tell you is it's an RTG casino.

I got a similar email from another casino which I put into the trash so fast, it didn't click... but it's similar to this also. Also getting much more casino spam than usual. I'd really like to know where they got my name and email...

This is only my gut feeling -- and my guts may be full of it today :D -- but I'm getting a very sneaky suspicion that the Virtual group is either smooshing into another group, or handing over user info...

Yes, yes, even the mousey has had an account at a Virtual casino. (Never deposited, though.) :p

That information.....word for word.......can be found on the Catseye site.:eek2:

Starting to believe that Doloplex was bought up by Virtual and Warren's casinos all rebranded. Scarry.

More names

There is a posting on another board about the new silveroak casino. Same drill as cats eye, new domain, registered just a few days ago. People having issues with trying to redeem free coupons, can't because they already have accounts.

I wonder just how many new rtg casino's we are going to hear about it in the next few days?

somewhere... over the rainbow!
coming out of the woodwork..

With all the new threads lately for "catseye casino" , "Planet7 casino",
"class1casino".. etc....
It looks like RTG's are closing under one name and opening up under other names.

I know in one of the other threads when the customer went to live chat to inquire because she also did not "remember" opening an account there, the casino chat operator owned up to previously being "Powerbet casino" and they also admitted they were part of the virtual group.

part of that chat session is here..https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/any-informations-about-catseye-casino.25787/ and was posted by our own suzecat.

Just remember everyone. The virtual group is still listed in the rogue section.
https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

and just because they open up with another name, doesn't mean they are going to change their ways and start to pay customers. ;)

Would not surprise me if it was the exact number of Doloplex casinos that suddenly closed after Warren Cloud's passing.

I too got the email from planet7 and I only opened the first one about the account because I wondering who these people were because I thought that an account had been opened without my consent. well after that email, to which I didn't click on any links I just read the email, my computer crashed and it took hours to get it up an running again! this is the first time my computer has crashed and so I'm thinking the planet7 email had a virus or something that made my computer go crazy. I've had this computer for a while and it was showing no indications that it was heading for a melt down.. but thanks alot planet7, you bastards

I got the same email for Silver Oak Casino. It came to one of my email accounts that I haven't used to sign up at a casino for over a year.

Actually I got two emails from the same casino.

The first one started out like this:

We are pleased to inform you that your casino account will remain operational. You will be able to enjoy the same casino experience you have in the past. We are making some changes but we feel you will find these changes refreshing and positive.

The second one started out like this:

$50 FREE CASINO CHIP - THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE!
Over the past week our casino has been undergoing some major
changes, and we know that the process has been a little
uncomfortable for our valued members. We are happy to announce
that our new casino is up and running with a new look and feel,
in addition to a new name! For sticking with us through the
process we would like to thank you by giving you $50 FREE TODAY!

It also said that your account balances, play history, comp balance, etc remain intact and unchanged. So I decided to check my history, figuring that I had to have used a coupon code sometime in the past, or at least attempted one. The history only shows the coupon code I submitted to Silver Oak Casino.

Alexander Cheadle was indicated at the manager. Anyone ever heard of her?

But it does seem to coincide with all the casino's that are closing.

If anyone could figure it out, I would be very interested.

I think you're right, Suzecat - the indicators are all pointing that way.

If this is the case then RTG should have made an announcement, knowing that the Virtual group probably wouldn't given their poor reputation.

Catseye, Silver Oak, Planet 7 - how many others are going to crop up....?

Kinda sloppy homework at Planet 7 - I've just been browsing the site and came across this rather old information:

"Planet 7 provides a safe and secure gambling environment for players around the globe. We utilize Real Time Gaming Software, and are regulated (???) by Montana Overseas. Our Casino Support Team provides 24/7 customer service for all our players by online chats, secure email, and telephone."

Mystery solved.

Virtual Group must have bought the entire stable from Doleplex, and have rebranded them so that they look "new".

After the helpful CS that confirmed that one was simply Powerbet rebranded, and that they were in Virtual group. I have received a "spam" because of my old account at Crystal Palace, which is now SilverOak casino. Helpfully, this spam list the entire stable of 8 "new" casinos, and evey one of those recently discussed (Cat's Eye, Planet7 etc), is there, along with the rest we will shortly be receiving spam from:rolleyes:
