Oceanbreezecasino1.com have decided they have no answers as to when my withdrawal will be processed and when I message them its been the same every day... sorry but sometimes there can be delays due to the process of reviewing your withdrawal request. I made the request on February 4th and today's the 8th of March. Now all I get from customer service is we can't tell you when you will get your money as we're just customer service and don't have that information. I ask who I can speak to and they tell me clearly NOBODY

Looks like a clip joint in the usual template to me I'm afraid. They don't even mention a Curaco 'license' on their site yet alone a UKGC one.

@ndackey , PAB received and in progress. Please ensure that you have read, understood, and comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to do so could delay, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Also, FTR, it appears these guys are unlicensed:

I contacted the casino's people and they claim the casino is licensed in Lithuania. The Lithuanian Gaming Control Authority has a list of valid Remote Gaming Licensees (

) and needless to say neither OceanBreeze nor "Hollandia 24 perst H12" are listed.

Furthermore the license they claim -- 6786733299NVOC -- is nothing like the license designations that Lithuania apparently uses (eg: "2021-DIE-246"). In other words either these guys are incapable of properly listing their license -- highly unlikely -- or it's all a bunch of BS (highly likely).

So yeah, safe to say we're dealing with an unlicensed casino here which means they can do whatever they want and the player has no means to pursue them.

Do your research people, otherwise you could just be throwing your money away and you'd never know it until it was too late.
