I read something on here this morning about a problem with a withdraw at 21prive and someone said as they are not accredited here becareful.

I thought these casinos were ok, Dunover plays at Gday Casino and people seem to play at them and give out free spins etc.

Only problem I had with them was last year during a long withdraw process at Gday but any other withdraws have been fine and they regularly give bonuses.

Are the casinos under the White Hat Gaming considered ok by people on here?

Every withdrawal I have requested across many, many of their skins, over the years has always been paid out in full :D

They do have (up to) a 48 hour pending period which is a bit of a downer but they DO pay!

As Dunover states above, they love to swing the ban hammer, used to completely close accounts but they seem to have developed some sense in that they are leaving accounts active and simply bonus banning these days.

Good offers and IIRC pretty much lag and error free play 99/100.

The next best thing to accredited IMO, although since being BB'ed I don't really play there these days.

Also must echo others views here.
I’m a member of many of them, good offers regularly, no deposit spins also.
Now have play and go slots and a good catalogue of slots and providers, the live help is also most efficient.
The only draw back is the pending periods, certainly worse places to play, infact I rather like them as a group.
(Probably as the bonus ban hammer ain’t come yet mind)

I'd like to have some of their brands here on Casinomeister, at least the ones I used to work for :D

Thought they worked on speeding up the pending/withdrawal times already, hopefully will approve it soon. Besides this, they're quite fine :)

I think think they would pass BBF fine. I’ve never had no issues and the bonus offers that are most regular and the great responsive chat are a huge plus point.
There’s actually a lot worse places accredited.
maybe ask the boss his thoughts regarding getting a rep here?..

If you dont mind waiting some time for your withdrawal they are fine. Actually the only group I never spoke to CS because it was never necessary. The best CS is the one you never have to use.

Stopped playing there after I got the famous bonus ban. They offer pretty good bonuses until you get banned. On a positive note they stop sending you emails right after you are banned. Havent got a single one after that.

I dont play there without a bonus because others pay much faster.

I vaguely recall reading if memory serves (although a good while back now) that they showed little interest in accreditation :(

Shame as I think it would work well for them, who knows a bit of brown nosing with their rep, I may even get my bonuses back :p
They would boom if accredited. Yes I know they have many brands, but a few reps would take them miles being accredited on here.
It’s crazy as sometimes I’d rather play at one of there casinos than a accredited one...

I only have an account on Hello Casino and while I never got a cashout, the games and bonuses offered are great. If they supported Ecopayz, I would be playing there more since they have a great Blueprint library and a good selection of providers. :/

No. They have a max. win clause.

In my opinion, it is bs to take a bet you won't payout completely. Not ready to pay out more than 250k? Don't take the bet.
How often are you likely to win such a amount though?.. don’t videoslots have a cap monthly also?..
they are the most trustworthy ever IMO

As far as I completely agree with you, most casinos have max wins, and Videoslots, for example, have a 30k a month withdrawal limit.

these are fine to play at, I used to play there regularly, only stopped because I got the bonus ban, which annoyed me enough to stop me depositing, simply because most the time I didn't take any bonuses, I think it was around 7% of my deposits had a bonus when I asked live chat, so in protest I haven't deposited since. For some reason I'm not banned at FruityCasa though so still deposit there now and then.

Videoslots has a withdrawal limit of 30k a month.

For example: i play with high stakes, win € 750k in some bonus game or something. I get paid in 25 months. Takes some time, but I do get the complete amount of money.

Most White Hat casinos have a different term when you're not from the UK. They state that the maximum amount that can be won in a single bet or spin (complete bonus game = 1 spin) is 250k. You can bet more, win more, but will just get 250k.

In my opinion that's an unfair term. It says enough they're not using this term in the UK. If you do not want to payout the winnings (eventually in terms), don't take the bet.

White Hat are a great group IMO, but you need to manage your bonus/cash ratio well. I try to stick to 70% cash deposits / 30% bonus deposits.

Withdrawal times have dropped significantly this year, averaging around 38 hours now if your account is fully verified. Support via live chat is 24/7 and e-mail support is normally within a hour, 7 days a week.

Always best to read the terms over max bet sizes and e-wallet deposits.

Oh Fruity Casa, my baby :D <3 Happy to see it's new lovely redesign :)

Finally my poor aching memory is jogged. I knew when you can on board as CM staff, I'd seen you somewhere before lol

Also please @LadyJelena - Do you still have any reliable contacts within this group. Trying to resolve a very unusual issue and my e-mails have gone ignored :(

:D Yeeees, probably know me from GPWA or something. Always liked foruming

I do actually, will PM you with some :)

Wasn't there a rule somewhere in t&c that say they can cap winings at x10 bonus amount?

First I've come across this and I've played and withdrew LOTS of times, especially with bonuses attached.

Largest was a 4 reel wild desire for over 1K when I'd taken a 100% match (original deposit £25) The possible rule you speak of was not enforced and I was paid in full, as I say this is just one example of many, all with payments in full.

I only remember there was 10k, later 25k a month withdrawal limit :)

But after recently, I cannot access to many of these brands from Serbia

Good casino, somewhat slow payouts though, but no problems with any of the white hat gaming network sites

As long as your all verified then simply take a break for a week or whatever if 48hrs is to long to wait for a withdrawal to be approved.
I agree all casinos should have a lock withdrawal option, but there’s also a responsibility to the player when given the option above I mentioned.

I just received a 5k payout from them without hassle but like I said that's it for the week which is too low for me and I must be blind because I cannot find those limits in their terms, if anybody sees them please share.
I need to revise my statement, my w/d was processed without hassle, they have verified this 3 times but I have yet to see the $$ hit my account, w/d processed on the 23rd, now they are asking for proof from my bank statement (which I can understand), we will see how this plays out tomorrow, I am also waiting for a second 4 figure w/d from them as well.

I had a very large win with Gday just recently and they have not processed my withdrawal after 48 hours.
I was also told maximum cash out is 5k a week. Is this allowed ? Can they do this ?

Also do they have a support member on casino meister , I might need help.

Thanks

Lee-Ann 8:29 pm Thank you for your details. One moment while I review your account please.

Thank you for holding. I have looked into your account and can confirm that there is no withdrawal limit.

colin: so are limits account specific as I've read you apply £5000 a month limits sometimes?

Lee-Ann There is no withdrawal limit Colin. The minimum withdrawal you can request is 20 GBP.

And I can't find anything in the T&C's about any limits either.

thanks @colinunderland
In case of any problems with the casino regarding my win, how would one proceed with complaints ? Who would they go too ?
It's a very large win so i'm in a bit of stressed out situation.
On chat I was told "I am unable to provide any information at this time." and they would not transfer me to any vip reps. Which is a bit alarming.

I very much doubt you will have any major problems with them, I don't think I've seen anything bad about them apart from random bonus bans, certainly can't recall seeing payment problems. Live chat isn't the best, have you tried emailing support rather than using live chat?

Are you fully verified? I would try sending them an email anyway, what day did you make the withdrawal, and if it was a large amount they might be getting it verified, not that I agree with that as casinos don't seem to have a problem accepting losing spins were fine, but some do it.

I'd expect special arrangements are made at VS to cater for highrollers...

No they are not and they do not make exceptions. I had one of my players complain to me that they were declining his withdraws because he had hit the 30k limit. They allow 25k a day in deposits but only 30k a month in withdrawals

I see CM state that they can increase limits, but as far as I'm told by this player, he was declined several requests for an increase. I just referred him to alternate casinos who don't cap his winnings.

Both are associated with G'Day casino - but it's probably the second one (Full Cream) which is most relevant...

Mmm, but a few years ago or so there was this high-roller from Indonesia I think who staked $40 and won $400,000 at VS on Starquest (BTG), so it would have taken him more than a year to withdraw it all. Also, BTG games don't have a cap at VS. Like you said Natan, when deposit limits are around $30K a day withdral limits should be in line with that, of course.

I wonder why? To not get bonused banned?

Also, they have this Instant Bonuses Clause which seems kinda scary. Basically, as far as it reads or I understand it, ANY bonus you recieve from them besides the welcome bonus can be limited to 10x the bonus amount?
