Which Online payment solution should I use?

Hi to all,
I am new to this Forum, however sure you are all using some sort of online payment solution to deposit and withdraw (if lucky to win, jiji).
Could you advise me on which is best please.

Neteller or any other E-wallet. I use "instant bank" (on those casinos who accept that)

Agreed use Neteller as most casinos accept Neteller but a tip with RTG Casinos if you ever use them make the deposit
with Neteller and give them the Neteller details on the FAXBACK form's which we all so love else they will "decide for you" which is the best payment method ...some will others will be dif ..that and instant bank good are choices.
Basically because its a faster way of getting paid..absolutely refuse wire transfers and cheques to your door or any payment method that allows delays this is just delay tactics...they take your money instantly but make you wait ..idea is to get "Verified First" so there's no wait for doc's ..then cashout with one of these methods..saves a lot of mucking around.

I thought that...
a) Calgary is in Canada.
b) Neteller do not accept Canadian citizens...

I could be wrong about that, but if not, how about Skrill (Moneybookers)?
I don't trust them as much as Neteller (after Skrill let some Russian hack into my account & steal all my money, without question and without refund until I went to the FOS), but I still use them regularly and have no problems. The only thing I do now is not let large amounts of € sit in my account for too long.
