Which are best slots?

The microgaming slots run real hot and real cold. Thunderstruck is a perfect example of this. Lately when I've played it, the rams have been off grazing or something and simply refuse to show up in other than a single cameo appearance. However, I got a nice bonus offer from Vegas Joker over the weekend and took them up on it, and decided to have some fun with it on T-struck for a while. It played almost predictably, after about 50 spins or so, I'd hit 3 rams and make back about 125% of what I lost before the free spins. Wasn't hitting anything big during the spins, but not bad either. So after 3 or 4 of these patterns repeated, I upped the ante from 5cents to 10cents per coin and sure enough, the pattern continued and the first round of free spins got me +$100 on my bankroll. Pretty good, so I continued at this level and almost predictably got my 3 rams again and on the 7th free spin, hit the combo you see below  (its a little fuzzy because I actually did the screen capture after I got over the initial shock and the reels are just starting to spin, lol) Check out the feature wins amount in the lower right corner, not bad on a $4.50 bet. Cashed out almost immediately thereafter at +1500 over my deposit. Now that was fun.

one more questions about slots

can anybody tell if the slot-machines in one casino are absolutely different, or are they just the same engine with different looks?

Hi! I have been viewing this forum for over a year now. It is definitely in a league of its own. Casino King I agree with you about Intercasino having the best slots. On the bonus round on Fat Cat I hit $480.00. At first I was sure I was seeing things, took a second look, it was $480.00. I have also hit their Rapid Fire jackpot twice. Each time for over $700.00. I only deposit $25.00 at a time, so a lot of money wasn't invested. Plus they pay out quickly and don't make you submit ID. The only Microgaming casino I have done well at is Lake Palace. Got my $5.00 percentage bonus on Monday and won $400.00. Before that I have won $800.00, $200.00 and $125.00. Boss Media casinos have been nice to me especially Jackpot Palace, Sunset Casino, Pharoahs and Metro. Good as Gold casino as a good slot "Oracle". It plays different than Intercasino's. I hit this regularly for $250.00 once or twice a week. They also pay quickly with no ID hassle. I like the slots at Planetluck, I have won quite a bit there. These are my experiences, hope they are useful to someone. Once again let me say I consider Casinomeister the best forum to stay informed.

WTG - sounds like you're one lucky cat - supurb!

As a little PS to my last post (my 3rd MG disaster): At the end of my experiment I still had 20 bucks left, so I went back on Secret Admirer playing pennies per spin; Not only did I stay on it for about 2 hours and survive a run of 257 spins with no feature, I also finally hit a good one that increased my bank to $45. If it carries on like this for about another 43 hours I could even meet the bonus wagering requirement & get my deposit back! :D

Thanks KK! That's my best t-struck hit ever. It is such a manic game though. I'd been getting nothing out of it for a month now when I bothered to play it, so its about time it turned for me.

I'm going to try that fatcat game though, looks interesting. Have you tried the dragon one? Its a sort of t-struck clone with the free spins, etc. I played that when it first came out and made hundreds off a $100 deposit. It was hitting all over the place.

Congratulations on a good thread. It is good to discuss these things and share advice even if is not about the preferred money makers. Keep it up, and maybe we can all have a bit more fun for our bucks.

I've got a theory on that one but not playing RTG these days, i can't test it. You build to the feature right? 100 diamond striggers it but it remembers where you last were session to session providing you play the same denomination. So why not get a decent bonus(say the $300 Nostalgia sticky bonus) and play it at a high denomination to around 96/97 diamonds. Then quit and play out the bonus elsewhere so you wagering is done. Then come back with your own cash, finish off to 100 diamonds and cash out the feature winnings.

Just a thought....

Simmo!

Tested this theory in 'fun mode' and discovered it's a bit of a gamble! ;)
Got the 99 diamonds betting $5 - but only on one payline to make sure I could do it with my 'pretend' deposit & bonus of $200.
First mine I went in... fell on my head!!! Win = ZERO! :(
Then it showed me what I could have won - & it wasn't a lot.

I ran some other tests and found (as it says on the paytable) for big wins you have to do max bet & coins. So the way to play this is at 25c with 5 coins on 9 lines. In my test I got to 99 diamonds while losing $186, but in the bonus round I won $158 of a possible max of $225.
Of course, there was still the risk that the first mine could have collapsed, so I would not recommend anyone tries this!!!

Thunderstruc win and Fat Cat

Here's another example of a thunderstruck in. I've had several f these in the past. But it is a massively variable game. You can go from 1000 to zero free-fall style, and back up again in rocket style. Most of the time you go down.

Same with Fat Cat.

It's the way slots are. The only way to win is to bet $10,000 your first time ever in a casino, wait until you are up a few $1000 and maybe more if you're lucky, then NEVER play them again.

Remember, house edge means, that the more you play, the less likely you are to win. Eventually, after enough games, your loss approaches the house edge.
