Where has Trident Lounge Gone?

I keep getting redirected to their sister casino King Neptune. Does anyone know if that is temporary?

I'm redirected there too. I did notice that when I get a bonus from Trident Lounge over the last week or so it shows as King Neptunes.

Don't know what is going on.

I was advised by the casino support that Trident Lounge had been merged with King Neptune's Casino.

The support told me that my Trident Lounge balance was to transferred to King Neptune's account.

Merger without prior notice does not sound very professional.

Yes I've been told unofficially that Carmen Media *may* be consolidating, but there is no confirmed report of that yet.

I think so too - from the above it sounds as if it's "official" and if so one would have thought that an email advising players that this was about to happen would have gone out. Carmen Media should know better....

Not very good really, nothing wrong with the merger, but players should be informed so that they don't think a far more serious problem has arisen.
What if they only had a Trident Lounge account, and had a substantial balance, then found it had sunk without trace one weekend with no explanation.
At best, it represents an opportunity to gain 1Gig of hard drive space, so it would have been nice to know.

All very well, but if new players are being redirected, it follows too that existing players are also being redirected, thus they have an account at a casino that no longer has a website, thus no access to Flash, their accounts, terms & conditions, promotions, reinstallation etc.

It would be far better if players were moved over to King Neptune rather than languishing in a slowly dying casino. I was able to log in, and have a balance of around 2 abnd 778 comp points trapped there. If this could be merged with my King Neptune account, I could dave 1Gig of space, and probably have enough combined comps for a 10 chip.
I had noticed that there have been no Trident Lounge promotions for some months, with any that came along being solely for King Neptune.

I wonder who else is going to consolidate, and let the players be the last to know.

Yes, but should any need arise to reinstall or recreate the link (how often do CS tell us to "reinstall the casino" ) you are stuffed. It involves getting hold of CS, who may not understand what you are on about and will not get you back online. Moving everyone to King Neptune should save money by removing altogether the need to support Trident Lounge purely for existing players. The hope then is that this saving can be used for improving promotions at King Neptune, without any loss to the company as a whole.
Carmen media have already slimmed down to four under BelleRock, and the rest, although never formally closed to existing players, do not feature in any of the promotions. A similar thing has happened with the old Fortune Lounge "Havana Club" casino, it no longer features on the consolidated promotions on the website.

They are continuing to run TL and Vegas USA for existing players. Only new players registering are being redirected through to KN. However it seems logical at some point that they will migrate existing players and stop the MG licences.
