when your casino account is closed, always query it

Last year I had to close my Unibet account because they banned me from depositing with no explanation and a refusal to discuss as to why. So when I received an email from another casino recently stating they had closed my account for business reasons, I debated contacting them for a while. I had recently made a few withdrawals and figured that was why.
I went to live chat and was given the "No recourse, account permanently closed." So I enquired as to whether I would get my recently untouched usual £30 paypal deposit back. The £90, £50 or numerous failed ones they replied!
Bottom line is that my account had been hacked, deposits made on an unknown card and spent on single £100+ sports bets. I am a 20p slot low roller, never touch sport betting. So I went through all the security hoops and now have my depo back and account reinstated.
I am writing this because even though all these transactions were obviously not mine and totally out of character as regards my betting preferences, they did not inform me, simply closed my account. Had they actually informed me I could have taken action sooner, I have belatedly changed all my passwords and cancelled my cards. So beware when your account is closed, always query it!

My case is already closed and as per the PAB rules, I'm free to talk about it again... Energy played with me and I was made a fool. as I said in my original post since I have issued with ADR now they can't help me

Dude, seriously? You ignored the PAB Rules -- many times I might add -- including taking your case to the ADR when the Rules explicitly tell you not to do that if you want us to continue working on your case. I'm sorry but you made a fool of yourself by not reading and respecting the PAB Rules.

If you had respected the Rules and contacted me regarding going to the ADR I would have checked with the casino rep and likely determined that you were being given "unhelpful" guidance by some Support grunt. The rep was already working on your case and trying to get me the info necessary to decide on your PAB. Going to the ADR without letting me know killed that process and put everything in the hands of the ADR. Whose fault is that?

I'm not trying give you a hard time but seriously, man up and take responsibility here. Otherwise you'll have learned nothing and this will have all been a big, fat waste of time.

Given you didn't read the PAB rules, I'd make sure to read the ADR rules because they often have "no publicity" clauses as well during the investigation phase. I don't think anyone wants to see you back in two or three months complaining that both PAB and ADR threw your complaint out because of rule breaches...

Also for anyone reading, the OP was 2 months ago - bumped by someone spilling over from another thread.
