So apparantly 4 wilds + a 10 count as 5OAK 10's

Not as 4 wilds...which would have paid 10 times as much !!

Queried with support to be told

Having had a good look into this and the pay table for the game I can see that this has paid out as it aught to have. My colleague earlier explained that as line 13 ended in a 10 the line is then taken as a line of 10's, this is as per the game rules

Not a lot of cash, but its a principle thing..

When the rules they are quoting state :

"Three feature spins are awarded to the player. Every time the Thing symbol appears after a feature spin, it becomes Wild, substituting for all symbols except Wild and Scatter. The symbol remains in place on the reels as a Wild during all remaining feature spins."

Am i being unreasonable ?

I've never seen a slot that doesn't pay the highest possible win per line. What's the point of having 4 wilds on the paytable if it doesn't apply here? Is it only for hitting 4 wilds + scatter? That doesn't make any sense.

For playing Playtech, yes.

Deleted original post - made without checking paytable properly!

While in "The Thing" feature, the symbol does NOT substitute for normal wilds - only other symbols.
In other words, the casino is correct, the win should only be for 5 x tens.

Yeah that's just terrible IMO, one of the reasons I avoid playtech......the majority of the slots would pay the max possible win on a line

Thanks KK
