I have been trying to make a withdrawal since Tuseday from an accredited casino from which I have made withdrawals from before but now I am supposed to come up with more docs. Here is the scenerio:
10/6/09 :Withdrawal requested
10/6/09 : Received email aproval of withdrawal request
10/9/09 Emailed casino rep here and asked what the hold up was. Rep said they emailed me for more documentations earlier, did I not get it? Of course I didn't, otherwise why would I be asking him this question!.
10/10/09 : Called CS to find out what is taking so long and they confirmed I needed to send in new docs.
10/10/09 10:30 AM Sent in docs they requested.
4:30 PM called to see if they received docs. Yes but need to resend docs, unreadable, resent new docs
10/11/09 Called to see status of withdrawal. Need to resend . Problem with 2 of the docs, unreadable. resent docs.
10/11/09 7PM called to see if they have docs. Yes but now need other 2 docs that were not requested to be sent in again.
I have faxed these docs 4 times now in 2-3 days. All because I made a credit card deposit instead of using my usemywallet account to which I withdrew to with my NAME on it. Ridiculous! I am still the same person using the same info.
When is enough, enough??? Especially since I have been paid before and have sent in docs already a while back with the same fax machine.
Amazing...this is worse than trying to cross the border in a communist country!!! And they are ACCREDITED!!
