Resolved When does one say ENOUGH?

I have been trying to make a withdrawal since Tuseday from an accredited casino from which I have made withdrawals from before but now I am supposed to come up with more docs. Here is the scenerio:

10/6/09 :Withdrawal requested
10/6/09 : Received email aproval of withdrawal request
10/9/09 Emailed casino rep here and asked what the hold up was. Rep said they emailed me for more documentations earlier, did I not get it? Of course I didn't, otherwise why would I be asking him this question!.
10/10/09 : Called CS to find out what is taking so long and they confirmed I needed to send in new docs.
10/10/09 10:30 AM Sent in docs they requested.
4:30 PM called to see if they received docs. Yes but need to resend docs, unreadable, resent new docs
10/11/09 Called to see status of withdrawal. Need to resend . Problem with 2 of the docs, unreadable. resent docs.
10/11/09 7PM called to see if they have docs. Yes but now need other 2 docs that were not requested to be sent in again.

I have faxed these docs 4 times now in 2-3 days. All because I made a credit card deposit instead of using my usemywallet account to which I withdrew to with my NAME on it. Ridiculous! I am still the same person using the same info.

When is enough, enough??? Especially since I have been paid before and have sent in docs already a while back with the same fax machine.

Amazing...this is worse than trying to cross the border in a communist country!!! And they are ACCREDITED!!

i personally think as youre trusted member they should put their security issues a little aside and just act in your favour to show they wont create any hassle for you.

the only reason i could imagine is the fact you said you fax it and used credit cards. iam not sure how you do it but i think the perfect solution is always to make scans and send them via email or fax, its just the best possible resolution on graphics.

if theres a black/white faxh machine it could create unreadable docs, but i guess as you seem really experienced member;) you know about the issue.


anyway i hope the casino (maybe you can name it :rolleyes:) finally can read your docs and approves your withdrawal.


thats the reason i have totally stopped using my credit cards in casinos, if i only use them to deposit on ewallet and then on casino.

saves confidential scans and time, sometimes.:rolleyes:

not sure your location ut if youre out of europe i understand you have smaller choice etc..

Hi coxwel, yes I have my docs on the computer and have sent them to casinos through email (still get the darn "we didn't receive your docs") sometimes but using a credit card will be the last thing I do anymore.

I sent the same docs to myself by efax and could read them just fine which I find interesting...ahh well..we will see. Thanks for the suggestions...I needed a little calming, but still am so ticked over trying to get them these docs for days and getting the runaround especially when I can read the faxed docs I received (as I said, I now send these things to myself for proof of clarity).

Very odd, I wonder how many times this "can't read docs" is down to incompetence, or THEM having poor viewing software.

I have found this to be true, I can see a pic more clearly on one type of viewing/editing software than another, yet it is the SAME PIC!!!
They may also be working with inadequate contrast settings on THEIR monitor, I have ALSO found this. On my OLD PC, I cannot clearly see the Red Flush promo claim page, and had to use "click & paste" to drag a rectangle around the text to highlight it before I could read it.

IF these are also being sent by fax, this introduces problems if THEIR fax machine is poorly maintained, which is why sending a JPEG or GIF file is recommended.

It IS the change to credit card deposits that causes this problem, even though they have been happy with the eWallet for some time.
 
I finally received my withdrawal I have been waiting for since last Tuesday, Today is Monday) after 4 fax retries, and 3 calls, and 6 emails.

Thanks all for being here and letting me blow off some aggravation...:D
