Question Wheel of Rizk questions - please help.

I do agree that the opening point could have slotted into the 'Wheel of Rizk' thread as most of the points raised relate to that. But as this thread is now in full swing and on par with current world problems, like with ISIS running rampant and economic turmoil, there's no turning back now!

I believe 'Rizk false advertising?' would have sufficed, no point in terming the phrase 'scammers' when they have done nothing but strive to implement our suggestions and are always looking to improve. Let's not forget the 'lock' facility ;)

The wheel, although I have yet to see its full benefits, is a niche addition that perks up the rewards and still is a good idea, even if it could do with a slight revamp :thumbsup:

You have a point old chap. The wheel is a free extra,just as ISIS cutting off clerics heads are a free service.
In fact I hear that ISIS have a thread in one of their forums entitled "Winner video's" to rival ours except theirs is not the same sort of slotting. :eek2:

It is not too difficult to make a point without using such inflammatory terms. But my main point is that that same language is still there in the header when to my mind it could be changed to accurately reflect the casino in question. Rizk have done everything they can in such a short space of time to gain a fantastic reputation.

Funnily enough I was born in London, but moved up here when i was 6 so didn't have much chance to mould myself into a soft southerner.
We could settle it on who finishes higher in the premiership this year....oh, wait....

OK this is a perfect example how the rewards will improve once you play with higher bets.

- June --> First time i deposited properly and played my usual medium bet sizes. If you look at the results you notice SS, lots of 10/15FS, 5/10$.
- July --> only the odd 50$ deposit and lower bets as I cut my budget this month because of the disconnection issues (different thread). Mostly 5FS with the odd 15FS.

Perfect proof that the rewards are fair and according on how you play. Nothing to complain from my side. In contrary, Rizk :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Well im going to deposit here today ... soon as I finish up some work in fact. And its not the wheel which gets me back - that for is just a nice add on win or loose. But rather the other assets of the site.
Security - a very active rep here and the knowledge that in the very very rare instance I actually win there will be squat issues with getting paid :) Those are the important factors for me.

Well buddy, i'n a big line i agree with you, other line we have to think that the spins do not carry any wr requirement:) i also never came further then 15 spins in 21 levels, i was mostly sad when i managed to get the '''super wheel'' i thought it must be super cool, well the most points where filled with the red chip (5FS) no mega spins to find, and there where 2 pointers with super spins and rest was points or booster, and 1 free money thing, it's sad for low rollers they won't get an opportunity to collect some cool spins, but still i'm quite satisfied with Rizk espcially payout speed.:lolup:

Hey guys, I couldnt believe this thread had got so long when i just checked in......

Many of the points in thread are relevant and useful to us, so to answer a few of them:

There will a major update to the site in the next 2-3 months and it will include a lot of the input that we have had back from you guys - thanks for all your suggestions. These, plus other observations we have seen over the last 6 months since launch will be incorporated and hopefully will add an extra dimension to the site and the user experience. We will be keeping the same look and feel as players seem to like the way the site looks and the navigation on the whole but there will be a few more things going on and, obviously i cant give too much away, but I hope that you will be pleased with the new additions. Stuff that we have already incorporated such as withdrawal lock will stay, plus we will aim to reduce the withdrawal times as far as we can etc.

With regard to title of the thread, it is very disappointing and I get the OP's frustrations however I think that over the last 6 months we have demonstrated time and again that words such as "scam" etc etc is just not a relevant tag for Rizk.

We are under no illusions that we cannot create a site that will be ideal for everyone - that is clearly not going to happen - however we do believe that it is, and will continue to strive to, a great place to play and have fun in a safe, friendly and enjoyable manner for those many, many players that continue to play with us.

Not even a super hero can do more than that.....

I have been thinking, What the OP didnt point out is did he actually see mega spins on the wheel? If he did and was told by CS that there is no possible way to achieve hitting the mega spins than there is something wrong, Either CS do not know the score or the mega spins should not of been there, I canot really say what I think unless I know was there mega spins on the wheel? and if there was are they able to hit them?

If they was on the wheel and CS are right and conot hit than they should be removed instantly,
If they was there and CS was wrong and can be hit than sort out CS,
If they wasnt on the wheel to begin with than how can it be what the original title was?

There is a big combination here of (ifs and but's)

But the way I have seen and read in the last few months, The higher bet average than better prize wheel, as long as there is nothing on the wheel that cannot be hit than there is nothing wrong in my eyes, If something has been put on the wheel that canot be hit than yes that would be misleading, But yet to see any evidence of this

Sorry to disappoint but the most you/we can get is 4 wild reels.

Would still be pretty nice though with the natural wild symbol on the missing reel and lovely Glinda showing up with her extremely rare 10x :D

My bad!

Have had the x10 two or three times sofar with one mega big win..

Love that slot although in Vegas I believe they have already like 4 newer generations of this slot. ^^
 
It's a pity none of the casinos can come up with a way of compensating the losers, rather than rewarding the winners.

If what the customer support agent said is true(i had no knowledge to contradict that), then it is created just to lure people in and was misleading

They say on the promo every time you level up ''you can win those prizes'' however the support agent told me it was never possible for low rollers no matter what. That to me would be false advertising at the least

I did ask the support agent twice to be sure what i understood was correct, captain rizk is welcome to post the whole chat if they have the chat logs

So this is what they are advertising

No, you didn't have to post it. Especially the thread title was completely overboard.

The forum etiquette is pretty clear on this:

1. Any grievance with an accredited casino, contact the rep first and seek clarification.
2. If that is not forthcoming or your suspicion/information is confirmed then by all means post it.

That would have been the correct steps to approach this (non-)issue.

This thread with the original title would pop-up on every Google search using "casino" and "scamming" and put Rizk in a totally wrong context. Any newbie reading your OP would have indeed thought that Rizk is ripping off players, especially when seeing the thread title. You have been a member long enough to know how to proceed.

Good accredited casinos are getting harder to find today and those who make the effort deserve the respect from us players that we will contact the rep first to ask/discuss about the issues we encounter.

I was in Blackpool with a girl I'd been trying to 'pull' for month's (and finally succeeded) at the time of Princess Di's unfortunate 'accident'.

She was genuinely really affected by it and the associated media coverage we had to cut our holidays short :( and I only got to use 1 out of 3 from the first packet as well :(

I remember strolling to work with my massive teenager hair on the way to the Old Royal Observatory, as it was called then. It has the Meridian Line don't you know!

So traipsing across Blackheath Common I remember catching the headline, I believe it was without colour and read something like 'Dianna Dead', unsurprisingly.

No one at work could believe it, back then there was no interweb or Twatter so it was a big deal.

Of course I'd managed to lose my keys and had to re-trace my steps across the vast green landscape. Thankfully I did!

WOW, that has just changed on how i will be next time i turn the WoR, won't be the usual relaxed state, rather cheering and shouting at my screen. :rolleyes: :D :D :D ......I thought the JP's are something like 100, 200, 500. But 2K is a lot of dough and worthwhile having a punt. The chances to win it might not be much smaller than getting a WILD LINE on DOA :D

I recall being away most of the week due to work and getting home early in the morning only to soon head back out with my ex and very small daughters to a fair. I had woke up to learn the news. Everyone at that fair where talking about it. Some stall holders had candles burning next too a picture of Di. Radio's where repeating the latest and I detected that my little ones where very aware that something big had happened. But as usual the girls got spoiled and soon forgot about it :D

I remember I heard the news on NBC when I lived in the US. It was in the wee hours and I was drunk after a night out (misspent youth). I was playing some stupid PC game and broke a glass which fell on the floor and cut my foot. When I went to the bathroom to clean up and get the first aid kit it was on the news. I was stunned and couldn't believe it. It was a very surreal feeling. At the time I personally had a strong dislike for the royal family but I did have a lot of respect for Princess Dianna.

Today I really like her son Harry and think of him to be as accessible as his mother with the same grace. That is my opinion anyway.

I was there with Brian three months back, to give CM members an inside look. There was a thread with all kind of questions from CM members, some about the Wheel of Rizk.

It feels like you didn’t read any of that. You could try a pm to the Captain. At 1st page Captain explained it was a mistake from live chat. At 1st page. Yet you keep repeating the word “scam” again and again. Not cool.

I know Rizk is reliable and never in my post anywhere did i say they are not reliable or even in the chat. I firmly believe they are trusted and reliable otherwise I wouldn't have played there

I was just disappointed to know what they told me, couldnt believe so posted it as i saw it.

You can agree/disagree with me but that was my point of view as i saw it

The big backlash in the media towards the reaction of the general public is something that I was not happy about. And I still think that there was something very fishy about her death

again I didn't dispute what was written in the promo, If u say it's possible then it probably is but in my point of view I choose to also believe what the chat agent telsl me as well because Why would they lie to me, cheers for clearing it up though. However, I might not be playing as much of rizk as before unless the promos are more transparent.

Maybe instead of wheel do a coin based promo such as vera john or go the videoslots way in doing proper races where every spins counts(obviously you can set min bet). You can get the thread closed by CM if you wish

Let me stress again I never said Rizk was unreliable or not trustworthy

@Harry_Bkk Also I believe it wasn't a complain, just a information based thread so didn't feel the need to contact the rep as I was already given the info by their agent(my mistake for believing the agent)
 
This thread has now diversified to cover all genres. We have Rizk's wheel and cunning chat agents, Dianna's death and Harry's backstabbing antics :)

Still haven't touched upon JFK's assassination or the meaning of life though! :cool:
