Still few months left, but wanted to see if I'm missing something. So..what are your favorite new slots this year.
To start, my top 3 are:

Spinata Grande (NetEnt) because of the Collosal symbols.
Big Chef (Micro)- the theme and design
Pirate Isle (RTG) - due to the surprise that RTG can make such a nice, well designed slot.

I'm a bit stubborn and hard to please so when new slots arrive, unless I'm really impressed within literally a few spins (20 ish) it's always back to my 'tried n trusted'

I suppose Netent's Steam Tower if I had to pick the 'best of a bad bunch' quite fair on most occasions are relatively easy to get the bonus.

Spinata Grande is very slowly growing on me but lags awful on my PC.

Never thought I'd say this but Play N Go finally won me over and I occasionally throw a few spins in the direction of their 'Wild North'

Fave release (but I think this was from 2014) in a VERY long time is MG's Jurassic Park! - Had some monster hits from minimum bets :D

Steam tower from netent is really best released game.

But generally this year is year of Play'n'go software. They now added in many casinos, they released some really awesome games. While netent keep doing great looking games which never pay, and microgaming think that it is enough make 1-3 awesome releases per year based on universes like GOT and other releases can be clones.

Thunderkick appears more and more. Endorphina...

2015 it is a year of new players on this market, they come and want share. Netent and MG have something to think about.

I really don't love any of the new releases this year but there are two that I love to hate. Dracula and Neon Staxx. Dracula because it looks pretty and does have a chance to get a full screen but it sucks money like a hoover so I don't play it much same for Neon Staxx. I have had good results for Steam Tower but I really don't like the game much.

I was actually quite impressed with Super Flip, felt like a breath of fresh air. It's just a no-nonsense old-school type of game that keeps slotting simple and is very well produced. Judging from all the positive vibes I'm getting about Play n Go I might have to make the switch soon, they seem like a really emergent provider.

The Netent and MG lights and sound shows are just getting worse and are becoming an exercise in one-upmanship.

Even Eye of the Kraken was quite fun, so that gets my second vote, despite it being the bastard offspring of Leagues of Fortune, CFTBL and Jackhammer.

So it seems possible to make good new games after all, just gotta know where to look!

Personally I did not like any new release this year enough to play them on a regular basis.

If I had to pick though I'd go with steam tower (ease of triggering bonus and at 0.15p low rolling its not going to suck your balance fast).

I can tell you though what is the worst release - stickers and sparks. As bad as micro-cloning have been with their releases those two for me generate absolutely no excitement at all playing them.

Steam Tower was the only decent release from Netent this year.
MG I kind of like Rabbit in the hat, the rest pretty much where rebranded old slots.
Play'n'Go and Thunderkick had a couple of good releases so in my opinion these 2 did the best job with new releases.

Nothing from NetEnt or Microgaming grabbed my attention this year - it seems all great slots have already been made when I started playing :D

Play'n Go indeed seems to be getting better and better at this. Eye of the Kraken is nice and quite different from the others, Wild North also seems to be decent, so does Super Flip. I also like their Golden Legend and Tower Quest slots (though TQ is too low variance for my taste, but the features are excellent) - not sure if Golden Legend is also from this year but I think Tower Quest is.

Not really playing other softwares so I don't know how they're doing. Yggdrasil seems to have a few games I like but I don't know when they were released.

Well i just lost 100 Euros pretty quickly on Book of Ra Deluxe 6

I got the free spins on the very first spin but won bugger all
Then it took me for a ride ............downhill
Oh well, not to worry.
I don't give up that easy! hehe

So I guess that doesn't make it your favourite new slot of the year then

Neon Staxx, Dazzle me and Sparks are immense... Haha are they hell :p! Ok my favourite 3 new releases are Cash Bandits(RTG),Jackpot6000 touch(you can play all lines for 10c on the mobile version) and miss midas(next gen)The golden bet can produce so many wilds with huge wins. For releases Last year Titan storm is outstanding! Highly recommend these games. p.s Retriggers are frequent on all the bonus slots I mentioned above.

mgs are really annoying with cloning but they got it real great with Jurassic Park, netent for all the great graphics have just failed to make a slot which has the potential as their old slots like doa, gonzo, reel steal etc

MGS take the slot of the year for me, their best 243 slot in my opinion(yes way better than IR)

Netent: Dead Or Alive and Kings Of Chigago
Microgaming: Finer Reels Of Life and Immortal Romance and of course Terminator 2

Those five games i play always when deposit :).

Cheers matey! - Need big win first to get a new mobile, old one gave up the ghost and I've had to borrow a handset from the 1980's for now :p

Dunover's video put me off the double bluff-alo slot but go on, I'll give it a try, where is it live atm bud please?

I was in the same boat all you really need is any smart phone I'd recommend the motog for a budget option  That's the phone I have. Sucks about your phone I've gone through loads of mobile phones myself(mixture of broke them/or upgraded) I remember him playing it but I think it was just really rotten luck it was hot immediately for me. It's on VnJ and probably slots magic/casumo too. I got 2 features within 40 spins! Both paid out 30-40x bet,Shortly after these wins I left it as I had a feeling it would hammer me though! Good luck Jon.

You can play it at Mr Green and Royal Panda, but I think most Netent's have the Spinate mobile version.

Btw, just checked Double Buffalo - don't know about the rest but it has some of the ugliest symbols I've seen :-)

Can't remember the release date of T2 (2013?). But the rest on the list are not from this year, nor 2014 for that matter.

I dont like new games :). Like microgaming there is rugby star , football star same copies all :) Nothing really new and exiting. And same with netent... Still hope that new games are better in next year.

I have to say JP is one of my fav's but seems so long ago it arrived on our screen's so was it this year?
I have to say from MG and Netent all this year's releases seem extremely poor and it's disappointing when you look forward to a new game and find out it is pure feckin mince.Has anyone won anything decent on games like Rabbit in the hat or Dazzle me just to name a few.
I am amazed that some of the newish games get passed quality control.

I am also giving my vote to jurassic park to being the best slot of 2015, that and top chef are the best MG slots. Vms also makes some interesting slots , zeus 3 is my fav, not sure if its 2014 though.

From netent the slots this year were mostly boring, i dont know what is happening to my old favourite slots developer, creature from the black lagoon must be fav from the newer ones but i think its 2014.

However a close second place for me is arcader from thunderkick, it brings alive some classic first gen console games ;). Also some other thunderkick slots that are great are toki time and fruitwarp, and also the starburst clone magicious. So if i had to pick favourite slots developer of 2015 it would be thunderkick. I think they are the new net-ent for me .

Also worth mentioning of the new boys is yggdrasil gaming, they have atleast a couple good games which for me are vikings go wild, and casino zeppelin .

I hope uk get Casino Zeppelin within next few years it looks great!

Yeah, its pretty goood, but its extremely high variance , almost like DOA. However i think yggdrasil also has some of the worst slots of 2015, but its good to see new developers come up with some good and exciting games.

It's pretty telling that many of the posters are actually naming slots that have not been released this year. IMO it has been a horrible year so far in terms of good slots released.

From the top of my head I can only think of Tower Quest which was an entertaining and well made slot. Too bad it's low variance so I mainly only use it to grind out wagering.
Also some fine slots made by Quickspin and Yggdrasill but nothing I see my playing for years to come.

I actually can't think of a high variance game that I thought was a good release this year which is a bit worrying... and now we have alsp WMS releasing extremely low variance garbage like Rainforest Dream and Zeus 1000. Where are the extremely high variance games from the Awesome Reel series like Lone Wolf and Lady of Athens? One can only dream I guess :(

Ok maybe one game is something ;). Hook"s Heroes netent. I like that fairy feature :) But how many wilds is maximum in that? i dont know. I have see only 3 :)

got to be jurassic park for me
I see a lot of people have voted for this...
I've been playing it a lot today (not played it very much before) and I have to agree it is a VERY good slot

However, it was released in August 2014 - so strictly speaking it does not qualify for this thread :(

My vote would probably go to Steam Tower (NetEnt), with honourable mention to Ghost Ship (RTG) & Rabbit in the Hat (MG).
Also, IF it was released this year - Ooh Ah Dracula: If you have the bankroll and the balls for the "high roller spins" at £6/spin, it has an RTP of 99%, gives free-spins about every 30 - 40 rounds AND gives you a "graveyard" win of up to £150 at the end...

The WORST is definitely Nemo's Voyage (to poverty) by WMS...

KK

That's good to know - I remember you saying there weren't any 99% RTP slots you knew of, so a good grinder probably for WR

Those I could find that has a 99% RTP setting:

Mega Joker - 99% in Supermeter mode (min. 2€ bet)

Tropic Reels
Ocean Princess
Ugga Bugga
Goblins Cave

Last 4 is listed as from GameOs on Videoslots, but I think they're all from Playtech (same company?).

Play'n'go
Wild North - one of the best low variances ever made and my fav this year, 6 bonuses - frequent trigger, the most i had was 250x with each spin forming almsot a full screen in 3-spin staked huge symbol bonus. horrible music though, unrelated to nature.
Pimped - stacked wilds, guaranteed wins in free spins(not the poor netent surewin view), stacked wilds.
NextGen
Psycho - nice theme, random multiplier and random features awarding multiplier+wilds, i'm yet to see the 40x one during free spins, 500x win around the time was released. it's either dead or in bonus-trigger mode or pay almost every spin. as of late, dead.
WMS
Super Monopoly Money - the greatest wheel feature of any slot released in online, quality music and theme, picking factor.
