I've suggested an alternative prize for them to give to you-
A framed, signed black & white photo of Warren Barton ca. 1994
Oh those flowing locks while he was belting down the left wing

I was using poetic licenseThat always did present a problem for us, given he played right-back
Still, we had the mighty Peacock to clear up (sometimes)
What is worse than bad luck is being very lucky but having to decline the win due to being unable to make it.
Today I got the call to inform me that I won the Videoslots exclusive MOTO GP experience promo competition which ended last week. Unfortunately I can not make it so I had to throw the prize back in to be drawn again

When I read that bolded part all those memories of taking a bonus and getting to 97% only to fail came flooding back, as that was how I was interpreting it as I read it
I have Social Anxiety Disorder so I probably wouldn't have liked to have won the prize you did (Besides I'm not even a fan of Moto GP), however I would have been looking at a cash consolation under the equivalent amount.
At the end of the day you WON the prize and they should honour that in some way. To be given nothing at all is really poor form from them as good a casino that they are.
I'd be really pissed at this, so I salute you for being pretty ok and understanding about it
You're definitely the luckiest unlucky player there is that's for sure. You're the "almost" lucky guy
Didn't you hit massive on Bonanza at a shitty Nektan Casino too, with absolutely shameful (and should be illegal) terms, stating 4x bonus amount cashout only?
I don't know what you have done to spite the slot gods, but you should plead for mercy.
I'd shed a tear if I had any left (given my own luck)
I understood and excepted it was none negotiable the first time I was told it Dan. But that does not change the fact that I'm a bit pissed off about it.Hi geordiecolin,
This campaign was done together with Core Gaming that are sponsoring a MotorGP driver that is racing with Team Aprilia. Core Gaming decided to give a few selected casinos a campaign package where we could take a lucky winner with a friend to have an exclusive MotoGP experience. Everything was pre-booked and planned and that is the reason we stated in our terms of the campaign that it was not possible to move or exchange the prize in to cash.
The original winner had to turn down the prize and that is when we contacted you and you turned down the prize to. We didn't want the prize to go to vain so we contacted a new player that said yes.
Br,
Daniel
