So they introduced reverse period and no weekend cash outs ..I could live with that although it's a bit of a pain ...now they no longer reply to emails through [email protected] you have to go through help centre chat. .If your lucky enough to get picked up in a timely manor ...then I was given a personal VIP host who was there for any problems or issues I may have ...so when I actually had an issue and got in touch they said they would look into it and get back to me ...today .about a month after contactING them I go on chat .,wait ages to get picked up to be told they don't know what happened to my query they will have to look into it and get back to me

I find it really sad that the casino I hold in the highest esteem and only place I play at ..seems to be falling apart ..They used to sort issues out in minutes now it seems it takes weeks ...They would always keep you updated now they seem to forget about you

I really hope it's just me having these issues and my query just slipped through cracks and got forgotten rather than the casino customer service not being as fabulous as they used to be
 
Its just not you in my opinion there CS is one of the worst and when I do run in a problem I can't bother to go through the bull crap to get to a rep.

They have caused so much bad PR and they deserve the negative forums on them as what appears more important to them is greed.

I think why so many are still loyal to them is because what they use to be as a outfit but they are no more and I think many players have had enough.
Yes we all have a choice were we play but I feel this casino has back stabbed many of there loyal players.
 
satty - aren't you the guy who got a great and unexpected gift from them after you were robbed? Am I remembering that correctly?

If so it is indeed a sad indication of where 32Red are heading when thread after thread of negativity is (quite rightly) springing up on here, and from players like yourself who practically worshiped them :(
 
Yes ..They sent me a TV ...which was incredibly generous of them and one of the reasons I am so fiercely loyal to them . I will admit it would take a complete meltdown at 32red to make me switch to another casino ...but I do think some of there decision making over last 12 months has been very bad for the brand ...I'm fairly certain adding reverse period and removing weekend cash outs lost them a lot of players

hi there you are not the only player with all that problem, to contact the is near impossible latelly (and I accepted the news cashout time, and reverse), !!!!! I used to play a lot there.... but now no.
