At this point I'm willing to try anything...I haven't been able to cashout anywhere in 6 months! :D
 
Rival Having strange issues....

These passed 2 days I have been getting bonus banned at Tropica, The rep has opened the bonuses for me a few times already and told me Tropica is not doing this Rival is and they have asked Rival To stop it. It happened again today. I can't understand what reason Rival would bonus ban me at Tropica I have not even had a cashin from them yet.It's more like a tech issue that should be looked in to.

Me too and this only because of using the daily ND 20.- free bonus with a 100x WR *lol*

Btw. Sloto have now a 100% bonus with a 25 WR in my cashier, but the bonus is non-cashable, so what do they think about such ridiculous bonuses? *rofl*

could yesterday cashout $250 from the 100% monday madness bonus with a 15x WR on B&D and the money was in m ymoneybookers account within only 3 hours, so all is now again fine :)

but that was not all, because after my withdrawal i thought, that i will now surely only get agin bad bonuses, but now i have a $125 ND bonus (Afterwager Bonus) in my account with only a 16x WR ($2,000) and no max cashout!

really a very nice surprise before christmas :)

i also found this afterwager in my cashier ;-). its real nice 125 free with fair conditions. thanks for making me aware ;-)

i thought one only gets it if you deposit today. so sounded the promo mail. anyway nice to have it, maybe my wagering in the past days counted for it??

It was great. I had a cashin with it and an hour later it is in my quicktender. Slotto Cash is the best Rival!

I am in complete agreement. Slotocash is a topnotch operation. I just contacted them to be sure that they didn't need any more docs from me since I only started playing there again over the last few days for more than six months. The live chat CS told me that everything was okay and they flushed my withdrwal and it will be processed ASAP. I didn't even have to ask. How is that for service:notworthy

yes mostly they get it within the 4hour timeframe. but i also waited 24h once.. because of christmas so i was extra patient ;-) but in the end it was faster than i thought like always ;-)

sloto is really the best rival out there. all their support and timeframes are mega prompt ;-) holidays and weekends included!

I used to get Lucky Sloto Ticket ND Bonuses, free chips, etc. Since my jp, nothing. I'm not depositing at Sloto again til they KICK DOWN! F 'em in the neck.

Welcome to my world...I deposit with and WITHOUT bonuses haven't cashed out in almost a year and a half and I can't even get a decent playtime on ANY deposit. So, since it seems I can do some good at a few others this money sucking vacuum is going to be uninstalled for a while (after my monthly cashback of course):D...that should last a whole 3 minutes!

They will be reversable for 72 HOURS before processing.:eek:

They also have a max. withdrawl limit of $500 per week now.:eek2:
But the bonusoffers are only for highrollers, 600%, minimumdeposit $200.-
Whats the use of that if you can only withdraw $500 per week?
Not to mention its a phantom with 60x D+B WR...so a withdrawl is near to impossible anyway.
2x bonus max. cashout.
If you make that its gonna take 5-6 weeks before you get paid in full.

Players must have won too much...unfortunately I'm not one of those players....:(
 
Quite honestly I had one of my worst withdrawals at Dendera. I got lucky on a $25 deposit $50 bonus so playthrough was $750. I hit the Scarys pretty good after increasing my bet and ended up cashing out $1550. They never did email for info...I had to keep on top of them and emailing the Rep before getting everything straightened out. From start to finish it took almost three weeks. Part of the problem was (at that time) $500 per day withdrawal limit, the holidays, etc. I finally got it all but if there is no more flushing, and, a $500 per week limit I will not deposit there again.

I saw this as well in Dendera, the bonuses are VERY sticky so even if a high roller takes it they would be screwed if they won a jackpot.
I am surprised at Sloto cash though. Perhaps Miss Sloto is having major cash flow issues or near bankruptcy because all the years I have played Sloto I never even had a 30 XWR.Now it is up to 80xWR.

They are both pretty bad and something Sloto has done to me once before with the 40x and after I made this thread they never did it since until now. And they are taking it even further with this 80x. I am sure soon they will have nothing but sticky bonuses as many of The Rivals are doing now. I would never play Rival again if that happens.

No, not at all. I've gotten a number of hits that are bigger than that, 1500x, 1900x - and others here have posted 4500x (which I think is the biggest I've seen, Tonka's hit on Psychedelic on Vegas Regal, who, coincidentally, have not stopped being liberal with free chips, :) ). The big hits are due to variance, not return-to-player percentage bigger than 100%. In other words, every slot on every Rival could be programmed to give back, on average, 97% of what you feed it, but they could program so that, for example, one slot ALWAYS pays out $0.97 for every $1 spin - never more, never less, and then program another slot with an equal RTP % of 97%, but program it so that the slot pays out $0 for every 99 spins and then $97 on the 100th spin. The casino doesn't make more money on one or the other slot. Understand?

If anything, I think it's harder than ever to find a loose Rival - tighter than, gosh, I don't know what. :D

Yeah there has to be term coined for this kind of bonus, something analogous to "sucker's bet" - a bet which, at first, sounds attractive until you look at the fine print and find out your chances of cashing out are actually very, very small. Sort of like state lottery tickets - which pay out, on average, 62 cents for every 1 dollar they take.

Sucker's bet is right. Even with a 99% RTP over $15,976.02 worth of wagering ($177 starting BR), you're only going to win $59.xx. Since you would need over $178 to cash out when they take the $77 bonus away from you, you'll have to have at least a 101%+ RTP in order to actually cash out anything. And as we all know, with Rival casinos, you've got about a 1 in 10 chance (if that) to actually sustain a winning RTP over that much wagering.

And yep, even if some players got lucky, the max cashout is great for the casino. Needless to say it's a win-win situation for them with little risk at all on their end.

Of course, a casino's sole purpose is to make money, but promos like this insult the seasoned player's intelligence. Nobody in their right mind would take them up on this bonus.

i have also noticed a hard decrease in max cashout multipliers. sometimes its just a joke, after a player should wager thousands over thousands he can only cash out 2-5 times bonus amount? imho such promos have a flavour of rogueness and good casinos should get rid of this. better offer a small nothing special promo, than catchy ones with terms players know from the dark side ;)
for me this is an image damage, i look in a different way on casinos offering me sth like this after i patronized them with regular deposits.


good though some few rivals still how keep credibility without crazy moves like all this rival bonus circus.

The bonus is cashable (always on slotocash) and they've never any max cashout rule, even on ND bonuses, that's the only thing, i prefer to play there, but which these bonuses i could safe at least my deposits, because $6950 playthrough is a joke.

i have also noticed some bonuses went up to 20wr but my monthly one stayed always same.

Good that you ask me, because i even don't have any VIP bonus now in my account, only these 40x D&B WR bonuses with only 25% *lol*

it looks like that the WR grwos up the double size, when you make a cashout, because before my last cashout i had also only a 20x WR and before that a 15x WR.

i made multiple cashouts and never experienced such a hard change. as club sloto member you should always receive your monthly match + cashback.

Sloto introduced non-cashable bonuses more than a year ago. The WRs were 20x I think and there was also a min cashout. So if you deposited $100, met the WRs and had $80 after dedcuting the bonus, you cannot cash out to cut your losses.

Sorry, but why should i contact the Rep here, when thney have an extra emailaddress for VIP accounts and btw. normally they always answer very fast, but probably they have not really a good answer for my questions?

And what shall users do, when they're not registered here, so they can't contact any Rep here!?
 
after 3 days i got finally an email back, but it doesn't answer my questions, why i get this useless 40x WR bonuses on only 25% bonus, so i told them, to close my account, because this is never a threatment like a VIP player!
 
its your decision but i would have contacted the rep.

most times the reps can find quicker solutions and dont answer in this support mail style.

but if you think the rep cant help you...
