I think the point here is not if the casino has to be a charity group or not. I guess everyone knows it is not a charity group, so you didn't say anything new with that. The point here is that casinos cheat us with such terms. Players who are not on top with mathematics can easily be cheated with banners, newsletters and titles offering big amounts for free, but usually in the background you can find bonuses with such terms that makes it almost impossible to cash out in the end. But not every player thinks this through, only after realizing that no matter they won big on a slot, it won't be enough
to cash out anything after completing the requirements.

I am a roulette player, for me Rival bonuses are crap. Moreover they have very tight limits on roulette, and a bet is required to spin. Except for some cases when I took some big bonuses for fun to play slots at Rivals, I never deposit there.

It is usually called "Playtrough", it never has ben called "Multiplier"

I've never heard that one guy forced another to take the bonus

For slotocash, they have a faxback form to join Club Sloto and that isnt the usual faxback form for withdrawals. I sent in the form and was informed that I had since then joined Club Sloto. However, what bugs me is that they pulled the VIP bonus from me though I had never cashed out even once from this promo which I had claimed several times.

but i've written an email to the vip manager and let's see what i got back, because i got now also very rarly ND bonuses and before some time i got after every lost deposit a little ND bonus and even the monthly cashback bonus is now gone, although i've made the last 3 months 20 deposits with $700 and cashed out only $330, but maybe it's because i'm only a lowroller?

but, after now 12 hours the cashout is still processing and not approved,, although i always got the casbhouts within 2-6 hours maximum, so what have now changed?

Spoke with live support and got told "It normally takes between 24-48 hours, " and then this "But you will recieve your withdrawal in 24-28 hours." so something HAVE changed

eu_lowroller, maybe you need to use a different deposit and withdrawal method. I made a cashout at SlotO yesterday morning for a size-able amount to my "UseMyWallet" (QT) account and very early this morning it was sitting there in my eWallet account...in less that 24 hours by the way!

sloto paid me in an acceptable timeframe compared to all other rival casinos. if it doesnt exceed 48hours i dont care. if youre vip for 2years i agree they should have been quicker but they explained, apologized. tech issues can always happen.

anyway what i wanna say, relax main thing is the casino is safe and fair and has a good and functional support. if a cashout takes 24 or 48 hours is less important than the trust, i can wait if i wait without worries
