What is everyone using to deposit?

OKPAY is still an option. There are a few methods to fund your OKPAY and new ones are being added all the time. These options range from bank wire, telephone to moneygram and other person to person transfers. If you need help I can answer questions for ya. I have been through it all and am familiar with each option. PM me here or on 3dice if you would like I dont mind helping out any way I can.

PS my name on 3dice is Tanya

I have a po box too however on your electric bill or water bill it should have your physical address as the service address. If not ask your utility company to add your physical address under your po box for verification purposes. You don't have to tell them what purpose. :)

Both my physical and po box are on my utility bills. However, I uploaded a crystal clear, color copy pdf of my bill and it got rejected.

They want a scanned copy of the actual paper document that was rec'd in the mail. Switching to snail mail delivery of the bill takes several months.

Does anyone know why the contact phone number listed on OKpay's website comes up as a non working number?

Bumping this up to see if ANYONE as a working 800 number for OKpay? Their automated support ticket system is severely lacking.

It would really help to actually talk to a human being.

My suggestion is to use Paste and Pay also known as EZ Voucher. They are a lot easier to use.

I have been frustrated by OKpay for a looooong time.

I managed to get my docs uploaded after several tries, but then they insisted that I needed a Cell Phone so they could contact me for verification. A land line would not do. I didn't have a cell phone at that time, so I looked elsewhere, and found Paste and Pay. So far they have not disappointed me.

I have a paste/pay account. The main reason I wanted this OKpay account was because the casinos are touting it as a quick w/d method if you get their debit card.

As soon as the funds got to OKpay you go to an ATM and withdraw your money:D

Have not looked to see if Paste has their own debit card though.

The following is the response I got from OKpay's support ticket response system to my request for their mailing address and a working phone number:

Please upload the requested files into appropriate sections of your OKPAY account.

You can reach us Mon to Fri
(7:00 - 17:00 GMT)
+44 20 8123 2193

It's an international number, but it's a fairly cheap call if you use Skype.

That's what they have posted as there number.

I haven't had any issues with them, I got verified without a hitch over the weekend. I just now need a way to fund the $15 to get there debit card. So when/if I do win, I can cashout to them without any hassles.

Got ya Cheetah-I tried calling that number 4 times from my office. Every time it said that it was not a working number!

Have you actually dialed it and spoke with someone?

I haven't spoken with anyone, but I know there trouble ticket system did seem to work ok for verifying my account.
Otherwise I don't have any other number for them. If I find one I'll be sure to let you know.

OK thanks! Just had my utility bills that were chrystal clear professionally converted from pdf to a jpeg. Will be interesting to know if those get accepted/rejected.

Does OKpay require social security number to sign up?

Has anyone tried WalMart's new debit/banking card? Saw a display while in the checkout line last night, haven't had time to check into it yet.

I know my card works great if you use at Slotocash. Which I have had wonderful luck there so far getting to work.
The only word to the wise is keep very careful track of your balances. One of the charges fell off because they have a very short authorization hold period. (3 Days) So I accidentally just double spent a deposit, that took 5 days to finally settle into my account.
If you can handle doing a little book work to keep your card balance straight. It's really worth the no fees what so ever to use and deposit with this card.
You just have to wait for the physical card to come in the mail though before you can use it out of the US.

There is a $5 initial load fee, which is to the first load you do to the temporary card. Then after they mail you the permanent card, just go to Wal-Mart tell the cashier, you wish to reload your card. Then after that they'll load you card without any fee. No foreign fee, no per transaction fee, no customer fees, no fee period. Unless if you want withdrawal your cash at an ATM, then there is a $2 fee for that. Otherwise just put on there what you really want to play with or want to spend on there. Don't load anything excessive then this will be pretty much a fee free card.
Moneypaks are a no go to reload the card though. The only reload pack that will work if your not near a Wal-Mart is a Vanilla Reload, which costs $3.95 to buy. Which if I had the option of going to Wal-Mart and paying no fee versus paying $3.95 I would go with the other.

Not very easily, like we can send wires to eWallets and some casinos have special accounts setup to take direct wire transfers. Yet they won't take money physically from any of our accounts in the form of eChecks or direct debits. Which for the average American, doing an outgoing International transfer can be very costly.
Ever seen eWalletExpress went south, there hasn't been anyone else brave enough to perform outgoing ACH debits. There's a few providers willing to do ACH credits (withdrawals from the casino). Yet I've even been reading those are going fairly slowly these days.
So were pretty much either hoping our bank is International friendly, which alot of brick and mortar banks aren't these days. Plus even if we find an iternational friendly bank, since most US facing casinos are using fly by night processors that close up shop about once a week. We can't trust our financial data is going to stay safe with them. So we have to pretty much setup hobby accounts or go the prepaid route. So our regular accounts aren't affected.
So yes it's a PITA to be a US player, playing online. Yet there are some diehards who love playing online and won't go any other route, are not close to a casino, or have some reason why they can't go far from there house to go play.
Some people have also made the personal decision not to play online any longer until there some form of regulation going on in the US. So we don't have to deal with the shady processors. This is also due to accounts being stolen, hacked, or even IDs stolen.

I just received my permanent card, and so far it works at every casino that accepts amex-it's great-hope it lasts.

Are you talking about Bluebird Mousey?

I did some reading up on it, it's touted as a fee free checking acct, and you get an american express card with it. They do not offer checks and from what I read it's nothing more than a prepaid card. It is not FDIC insured, so I'd be hesitate using it as my primary debit card.

Glad Casinomeister secured this forum...

I use my bankcard. Every so often about once a month a get a phone call to confirm payments. Luckily since i am a Masters student and have international contacts pretty easy to cover them up. Occasionally I use PasteandPay but not as often. This also allows me to track my winnings/losings and payment history in quicken. I use my bankcard because of a loop in the "assumed law" and since i dont have a credit union for me the bank is better.
