What Has Been your Longest Wait For Tech Support?

I won't name the casino, but I have been waiting for going on 3 weeks for a tech issue to be resolved. I have been in contact with the rep who assures me its being looked into, but I can see on my side that it hasn't even been touched. Im getting pissed as I feel this is too long. What has the longest anyone has waited, and is 3 weeks too long? I cant say what the issue is, it will then tell you who the casino is

Ive been in contact as I said with the rep. numerous times. And it could be simply he is getting the run around too. He told me that he wants to make sure " this doesnt happen again" But as I said, I can see on my end that nothing has been touched.
Three weeks so far!
