Just posting here due I'm not sure if I am in the right or not.
Situation:

recieved a no deposit bonus with a 5x max cashout.
Count Spectacular was spectacular and I hit 2500
on 1 spin. Then I hit a random jp and get my balance up to $7000+.
bonus was 140 so i know max cashout is 700.
Now, as soon as I cleared the WR, my balance automatically dropped
to 700. What I dont understand is why I am still being held to the bonus terms.
If they had kept the original balance of 7000+ then of course I would undestand
and I would continue playing until tired or balance dropped to 700.
But they auto removed the excess and still held me to the terms. I wanted to continue
playing w/the 700 but was basically forced to cashout....what are my meister friends
take on this?

Rules is rules - but boy does that suck. :(
I just hope they are a reputable casino and that they put the RJ back into the pot where it belongs.

KK

yes..they are accredited here and I actually only play at their grp sites.
Just thought it "annoying".

If you don't want to name the casino and game where you won the RJ here, could you at least keep an eye on it and let us know if they indeed DO put the RJ back - and how long it takes?
Thanks!

This sounds like Jackpot Capitol I think. I also got the $140 no deposit bonus in the mail.

A few months back I managed to make the WR on a NO deposit bonus and they had done the same thing to me. Don't play on as it wont matter as they will take the remainder of the balance above $700.
Withdraw it wait the few days and just deposit the whole 700 again.

It is a little "unsettling" to look at ones account and be playing along happily with money to spare and games to try out because you have a nice roll to try them out with that you would never have done if it was your money. I had the same thing happen only once thank goodness.

I was riding high with a good balance knowing I could only withdraw a tiny portion of it...but once the maximum allowable withdrawal hit and wagering requirements reached...my balance dropped like a rock and I did not notice it until I was well below my withdrawable amount.

I think I stepped out to make a cup of tea or something, left it on auto and came back to see I had less than I was able to withdraw. Definitely got my attention on that. Never played there again with a free chip.

lol....that's just it....why could'nt they make it easy....we make the play thru, they take out the excess.
we're cleared from the bonus terms. but we got to take the long route. its the same thing but the wait...anyways maybe works out for
me not playing it all back too soon.

I think the rjp was 3700 or so when I hit.....it did drop down to 1000 again
but I see it at 4000+ now so I think they put it back.

Sorry if I go a little OT.But I've noticed this thing:
I hit 3 RJ playing at different RTG and always always always when I was "under some restriction" (max cash out, nd and so on)

Isn't strange? And where do they gone those money?

If they reinstated the RJ then its ok on that score. However the max cashout on free chips is the same as a cap on payouts on some slots. It affects the overall rtp.

I've checked it. They didn't. Of course I can't say if they did after some days.

This lets me know that these RTG casinos can put the Randoms back in minutes, so the answer Ms. Sloto gave us was a lie:what: about needing to wait for RTG to put it back.(see link)

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/slotocash-voided-12-400-win.48240/

I play there and I know for sure it was not put back for WEEKS, in fact I still don't believe it's back.

So does that mean I am playing at a rogue casino or at the very least a dishonest casino?

correct me if I have it wrong but I seldom take bonuses because I want to be free and clear of any terms.
I also noticed the games seem to play better when I do take a bonus. Is it just me?

AMMMM...

Take the money and run...(to deposit another casino)... so many slots are waiting for you out there

Unless I've misunderstood, this sounds like a pretty good / fair thing to do.

I don't agree with the maximum withdrawal thing full stop, it sucks - either give people free chips or not, but if you do agree to it this seems like quite a fair transparent thing to do so you're not caught out further down the line.

At least you know you are playing with your own money now.

It's a shame, I used to like playing RTG slots a lot but it's just a minefield of rules and regulations.

I was told that RTG DO have to put it back in, but it doesn't take very long. Usually within the hour. Ms Sloto on the other thread admitted it was done in their case 24hours after she requested it by RTG, i.e after it was brought up on that other thread.

In other words, ms sloto did the right thing. The delay was obviously on the RTG end. Maybe it was a weekend or during the night etc?

We should be grateful that ms sloto is willing to discuss and listen and assist players...especially given the treatment she's received from some members.

The number of reps that get involved in discussions etc has fallen over the years, because some people like to spoil things for everyone else. Some of the things I've seen said to reps over the years would make your hair curl.

Let's hope ms sloto doesn't become yet another victim of the selfish and ignorant.

Whoah - hold on. She agreed to put the money back in when it was mentioned on the other thread; weeks afterwards. Whilst undeniably, ultimately that is doing the right thing... Come on... Like was discussed to death, it's about the correct processes and trust being in place all along.

The delay was not the RTG end, Ms Sloto admitted it took them 24 hours after she requested it. That's an absolutely acceptable amount of time if it had already automatically happened as a matter of course. Like it seemingly has here.

In this thread, I'm kind of ok with what they've done under the circumstances - even though the whole max cashout thing is garbage.

My impression was that it was replaced quickly after the cashout was audited.

Nobody showed any proof it wasn't, as the OP only checked once, and nobody else has any data. It may well have gone off again in those weeks, which is why it was low again.

Maybe the rep could clear that up?
