FYI Golden Lounge, Nedplay and Dash are all operated by 32Red too and have the same levels of service. If you don't mind slower cashouts then Roxy Palace always used to be very good on promotions and bonuses when you are on the VIP ladder.
Seem to be a lot of conflicting reports on the reverse times. Wondering if it's now done on a player-by-player basis IE: the more likley you are to play it back the longer your reverse time is.
It's a 10 day reverse (pending period).
I experienced this from my last withdrawal from Lucky Nugget, which I then uninstalled.
My main concern is that they LIED to me, and sent me the confirmation email that I would have it held in the usual 24-72 hour pending period. I did query this with CS on day 11 when I STILL hadn't seen my money, but they didn't reply (I checked spam too, and nothing there either).
There is no mention of this in the terms at all, so I don't believe they should be doing this even on a player by player basis as it deliberately violates the standards for accreditation.
Given that there is no public admission of this policy, nor anything in the terms, players cannot know in advance whether this will happen to them - I consider this rogue behaviour, hence the uninstall.
The rep can continue to lie about this but it doesn't wash with me.
I first heard of this when a German player posted about it, and he was told by CS that this was a policy change that affected ALL players, and was NOT "personal". This too seems to have been a lie given that there seem to be conflicting reports, and no willingness on BelleRock's part to clarify the issue to either Simmo, or Bryan for that matter.
It is also going to be the LAST time BelleRock put my withdrawal into a 10 day pending period, since there won't be another until they go on the record to first explain WTF they were doing, and then to give an assurance that it will NOT happen again.
I played after the report from the German player as a means to "mystery shop" BelleRock to see if they were up to something. This meant I didn't badger CS during those 10 days, nor let on this was a "test purchase/withdrawal" as I suspected they had lied to this German player and Simmo. I just fed them rope over a 10 day period, and they took it and hanged themselves out to dry.
There was nothing unusual about my withdrawal, documents all verified, and in and out via Neteller as always. I had many past withdrawals this way that DID stick closely to the stated 24-72 hour time frame.
Until clarification is given, all BelleRock casinos should be avoided by players who are not prepared to tolerate a 10 day pending period.
Given the outrage over Jackpot Capital moving from 24 hours to 48 hours pending, I can't understand what BelleRock were thinking when they decided to start rolling out a change from 24 hours with no weekend processing to 10 DAYS and no weekend processing.
The lack of complaints so far does seem to indicate a steady rolling out of this change, rather than a sudden implemenetation for everyone.
This does not affect my top 3 though, as BelleRock was number 4, and are now number "last".
Top overall is 32Red.
Next comes GNUF - I am VIP and get some pretty big bonuses, both percentage wise and amount. The drawback is their 48 hour pending and processing period, up from 24 hours before they were assimilated by Palace Group.
In third is Casino Rewards - I am VIP, and they stick pretty rigidly to their 48 hour pending period. Bonuses are lower in percentage and amounts, but they often run other promotions, such as the continual "reward riches" lottery, and the odd "$10 Million giveaway" where a percentage of deposits is given back in bonuses through a lottery where each $50 deposited gets you one ticket.
In the wings are Fortune Lounge (no deposit bonuses, but Gone Gambling sponsors, so I get a decent % rate from this)
Red Flush - seems to have lost interest in me, even though I was made VIP. Occasional good wagering challenges with scoreboard. Could EASILY get me back if they were interested.
Jackpot Factory - nothing really apart from ongoing 10% on every deposit. Promotions seem to have lost their touch, nothing like they used to be.
