I play several MG casinos, Im from canada and want to narrow done on the casinos I play.
Just wanted to know what are your top 3 picks? I know many will say 32 Red but what are others that are worth playing at? I mostly play jackpotfactory group but find that they have changed alot in the last year for the worst, loved gowild but after making a withdraw of 600.00 2 months ago I dont get no more promotions. I also play lucky nugget.

I recommend River Belle, customer service is top notch and they have some pretty good promotions (note that promos can only be used at one casino in the group) They've recently stopped flushing withdrawals, but I think they only have a 12 hour pending so you still get paid pretty quick.

FYI Golden Lounge, Nedplay and Dash are all operated by 32Red too and have the same levels of service. If you don't mind slower cashouts then Roxy Palace always used to be very good on promotions and bonuses when you are on the VIP ladder.

Seem to be a lot of conflicting reports on the reverse times. Wondering if it's now done on a player-by-player basis IE: the more likley you are to play it back the longer your reverse time is.

Since 2 years the only MG I play is 32Red. I will follow this thread and maybe give another MG casino a try.

It's a 10 day reverse (pending period).

I experienced this from my last withdrawal from Lucky Nugget, which I then uninstalled.

My main concern is that they LIED to me, and sent me the confirmation email that I would have it held in the usual 24-72 hour pending period. I did query this with CS on day 11 when I STILL hadn't seen my money, but they didn't reply (I checked spam too, and nothing there either).

There is no mention of this in the terms at all, so I don't believe they should be doing this even on a player by player basis as it deliberately violates the standards for accreditation.

Given that there is no public admission of this policy, nor anything in the terms, players cannot know in advance whether this will happen to them - I consider this rogue behaviour, hence the uninstall.

The rep can continue to lie about this but it doesn't wash with me.

I first heard of this when a German player posted about it, and he was told by CS that this was a policy change that affected ALL players, and was NOT "personal". This too seems to have been a lie given that there seem to be conflicting reports, and no willingness on BelleRock's part to clarify the issue to either Simmo, or Bryan for that matter.

It is also going to be the LAST time BelleRock put my withdrawal into a 10 day pending period, since there won't be another until they go on the record to first explain WTF they were doing, and then to give an assurance that it will NOT happen again.

I played after the report from the German player as a means to "mystery shop" BelleRock to see if they were up to something. This meant I didn't badger CS during those 10 days, nor let on this was a "test purchase/withdrawal" as I suspected they had lied to this German player and Simmo. I just fed them rope over a 10 day period, and they took it and hanged themselves out to dry.

There was nothing unusual about my withdrawal, documents all verified, and in and out via Neteller as always. I had many past withdrawals this way that DID stick closely to the stated 24-72 hour time frame.

Until clarification is given, all BelleRock casinos should be avoided by players who are not prepared to tolerate a 10 day pending period.

Given the outrage over Jackpot Capital moving from 24 hours to 48 hours pending, I can't understand what BelleRock were thinking when they decided to start rolling out a change from 24 hours with no weekend processing to 10 DAYS and no weekend processing.

The lack of complaints so far does seem to indicate a steady rolling out of this change, rather than a sudden implemenetation for everyone.

This does not affect my top 3 though, as BelleRock was number 4, and are now number "last".

Top overall is 32Red.
Next comes GNUF - I am VIP and get some pretty big bonuses, both percentage wise and amount. The drawback is their 48 hour pending and processing period, up from 24 hours before they were assimilated by Palace Group.
In third is Casino Rewards - I am VIP, and they stick pretty rigidly to their 48 hour pending period. Bonuses are lower in percentage and amounts, but they often run other promotions, such as the continual "reward riches" lottery, and the odd "$10 Million giveaway" where a percentage of deposits is given back in bonuses through a lottery where each $50 deposited gets you one ticket.

In the wings are Fortune Lounge (no deposit bonuses, but Gone Gambling sponsors, so I get a decent % rate from this)

Red Flush - seems to have lost interest in me, even though I was made VIP. Occasional good wagering challenges with scoreboard. Could EASILY get me back if they were interested.

Jackpot Factory - nothing really apart from ongoing 10% on every deposit. Promotions seem to have lost their touch, nothing like they used to be.

 I just got off live chat at River Belle, they told me 24 hours pending. 10 days makes no sense at all!

BOLLOCKS!

I actually logged in to the cashier, and my withdrawal was CLEARLY shown as "reversible" after several DAYS.

Here are the screenshots.

1) Withdrawal submitted to Neteller on 13th Oct
2) Eventually processed on 24th after sitting "pending/reversible"

EDIT.

For some reasons the screenshots just won't show. I keep getting bounced back to "restore autosaved content" every time I try to "submit reply", at which point the attached files keep getting binned by vBulletin, although they still exist in my cache, saying "uploads not utilised within 1 hour will be deleted".

Both are JPEG 640x480, and around 60K in size - shouldn't be a problem.

AT LAST!!

3rd attempt "this webpage has expired........."

4th go - FINALLY! There seem to be some issues with the file upload script - screenshots are now showing without any problems.

yes, i cashed out from Jackpot City last week and they did pay me after 24 hours. I guess they have different timeliness for different players.

Did you try ladbrokes, the promos are pretty good now, payouts are super fast ( if u lucky)
The deposit options are sort of limited for canadians though and also dont use CAD to play because you will only have half of your money. I use USD.

GNUF was the only MG casino I played at up until 3 weeks ago. Their bonuses were great because I am a silver VIP there and I made lots of deposits using a bonus and even more not using one, but suddenly the bonuses have stopped. So I am thinking I have been bonus banned for some reason and see no reason to deposit there to try and keep my vip status because without bonuses what is the point?

Possible, but surely unacceptable behaviour for an accredited casino to arbitrarily select individual players to have their withdrawals deliberately delayed for as long as 10 days. It clearly breaks the standard to "pay in a timely manner", since their is clearly no underlying technical reason for it, as you were paid within the normal timescale.

Also unacceptable because they lie to Simmo in order to keep this policy under wraps, and lie to players who fall victim to it. They lied to the German player who originally brought this issue up by telling him it was a policy change for ALL players. They lied to me by sending me the email that said it was 24-72 hours pending, and they ignored my email asking the questions as to why my payment was taking so long.

This breaks a second standard, they must not mislead players.

This probably happened because you either went ahead overall, or your long term RTP exceeded a set limit. Once this has happened, I agree that there is no point in maintaining your loyalty status as there are no other obvious benefits other than the VIP calendar.

1) 32Red (the best)!
2) Vegas Partner Lounge (Withdrawal flushed From Monday to Saturday not Sunday, I often call for accreditation so many free spins)
3) Jackpot Factory (Withdrawal flushed ever, bonus EZ, free entry into tournaments fee of $ 10
4) Fortune Lounge e Roxy Palace Group

I was at the VIP Jackpot City (2 years ago contacted me to offer me a dinner at my girlfriend).
Now we play more, 50x PT, no Withdrawal flushed, do not pay the weekend, the bonus% is worse.
From VIP took a 100% up to 500EUR and the bonus was credited after deduction of the deposit bonus is instant and now up to 20% of 100EUR!

Hmm, these days I really only play at 32 Red.

Used to play a lot at Ladbrokes and Betway, but not any more.

1. 32 Red
2. All the rest.

After I made my post I contacted live support and asked if I had been bonus banned. They said no and that they had been sending them and even mentioned me not claiming my birthday bonus. I never received an email about said bonus nor the other ones. I asked them to change my email address to see if that fixes the problem, but I think I have been banned and the support just chose not to tell me this. I have been reliably been receiving bonus emails for months and suddenly they aren't getting through? and not going to spam either.

Number one has to be 32Red. In the past i thought their promotional offers were too few and far between, but recently it seems to have been the opposite which is exactly the sort of casino I want being a bonus player. There few recent promotions have been first rate

For me my second casino of choice i guess would have to be AllSlots.

I find it surprising (or then again perhaps I dont) that none of the casinos in the Palace Group have made it into anybodys top lists. Spin Palace and mummys gold used to be first rate operations in my eyes but the last couple of years its almost like they dont exist anymore and have dropped off the radar. Maybe its just me, but i rarely if ever nowdays see any promotional offers from the Palace Group. Well its not as if there isnt a lot of choice to choose from, so ultimately I guess its their loss :p
