What are you listening to?

Those golden sounds from Summers past, very nice.

These are my two favorite "live" performances by Michael. He was in Top Form but as I was watching him perform the 2nd song on the first clip I could not help but feel a twinge of sorrow. Reminded me of that saying "who breaks a butterfly upon a wheel".

From the MTV 10TH Anniversary Performance

Superbowl

The great Bob The Bear Hite - you don't hear too much rockin' harmonica like this nowadays, although I think Canned Heat were touring into the nineties.

I believe you're right Jet. A true classic blues tune there with some of the best harmonica you will ever hear...here is the original...

It's Monday. I have loads of work to do and I have a dark cloud of darkness over me.

So felt this was appropriate. Sister Morphine by the Rolling Stones. From probably my favourite Stones Album Sticky Fingers.

Only have managed to see them live once, which was back in 1995 at Wembley Stadium for the Voodoo Lounge Tour. They were well old then, but they put on a great show.
