What a shocking Saturday

Yes, and the final straw will be similar to that dreadful shit they put after those trashy soaps on TV - when you close the slots down you'll have
'if you've been affected by any issues raised in this game ring 0800-won-f-all'

People have drawn parallels with Live Sports betting but I guess with that, the odds are constantly fluctuating and based on several factors, form included.

With slots it's supposed to be 'set in stone' and would be like food corporations giving away their formulas online!

If falling behind on the likes of Bonanza and £10 down I'd be inclined to throw in the towel as I look at the newly- published odds. Far better wordings such as 'Unlimited Multiplier' are tackled first. And companies made to disclose what changes they've made in their tri-annual updates :eek2:

I don't remember that adage, must be one I've forgotten; 10x, 100x, 1000x would have a nice neatness to it, or if the slot advertises its biggest win possible like the 'falcon huntstress' [some people have been known to substitute a letter in that name while playing it :D] then it only seems 'fair' to give the odds for that ultimate win.
She ought to sacked anyway as she appears to have lost all the falcons. I haven’t seen any for ages. Who else could be so inept and keep their job. Oh apart from politicians who actually get paid to fall asleep, beggars belief.

Well I have truly had a shocking Saturday...and Sunday......I have managed cashouts at all casinos I played at. Videoslots, trada, slotsmillion and rizk.

$2 stakes....was the magic number...and cashouts in excess of 6k.

Can you imagine how rigged they’d have to be for me to get cashouts at the only four casinos I played at???

So yes the slots are rigged and I am so happy.

A truly shocking saturday indeed!

Shocking Saturday? I have just had the 'triple F' in case you didn't know already, I don't want to labour the point :D

F^&*%"G FANTASTIC FRIDAY :laugh::laugh::laugh:

Pah! What's 6k ffs? Just play BTG for 30 minutes and turn 50 quid into 8k, far easier.

Where’s that video!!!!!!!

In the winner videos thread. Last page.
I started filming just after a 4-scatter retrigger in the 11th. spin, right as the count-up for 6x5OAK diamonds on a 18 or 19x multiplier ended....then Donuts weighed in with a wonderful 12th. spin.

Bad investment:

I go and deposit £100 in a new savings account on April 7th. with a -4% interest rate. April 7th. following year I bang my book down on the counter in the Building Society for the interest to be made up. I then see I've only £96 left when the smug smirking cow behind the counter returns my book. I slap her face and get arrested.

Worse investment:

I spend £1 on a slot and 2 seconds later I have 96p. I spend the 96p on the slot and now after 4 seconds I have 92p. SHOCK HORROR!

I then lie face down on the floor bashing my hands and feet against it, screaming 'IT'S F%^$%*G RIGGED!!! - HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN??'

Missus has me sectioned for my stupidity and then I'm arrested by medical orderlies and detained under the Mental Health Act.

If it's such a bad investment then why risk £50 on Bonanza?

I think the gist of the thread was flatlining with £300 across several sites, less about the general workings of RTP :D

Because it's a risky investment and as a gambler I take risks and accept the consequences. The £50 was written off and considered 'lost' the moment I spent it. Luckily the company 'Bonanza' had joined the gilt-edged securities market just after I opened it up and the investors were due a big dividend.

I think sometimes the players' expectations are unrealistic considering the path they've embarked upon. You never hear me complain if I bust quickly or get a crap feature, do you? :p

That's true dunover, you merely moan and curse in your videos - which we all love :D- but 300 quid gone when playing low stakes and having no playtime at all is harsh. There's a separate thread for those who want to bitch & moan about their bad luck, it's all part of the game and may give some relief.

I actually remember an absolutely abysmal session at Guts once, it's always stuck in my mind. I had about 100 quid, lost 25 quid very quickly at 20-25p spins on a few feature games then proceeded to witness Twin Spin wipe out the last 70 quid on 25p spins, remorselessly and relentlessly. About half-way down the 70 on Twin Spin I knew what was going to happen yet I just sat there and watched, disbelievingly, seemingly powerless to close the game in case I lost the confirmation of my negative feeling.

The OP is not me moaning about £300 I couldn’t afford to lose. It’s about the manner in which it occurred. I am old enough and experienced enough to know when I am being poked somewhere unpleasant and that was definitely the burnt Xmas tree. Also when I say it’s rigged of course I don’t just mean when you lose it works both ways otherwise people would never hit the miracle days when they can’t go wrong. My main gripe is that they are allowed to use the word random. Which IMO is misleading. I wouldn’t mind at all if they used compensated. I wouldn’t have even posted this if they did because you could expect that sort of play because everything might just of paid out and you really did get unlucky but random do me a favour.

I have the same, unfortunately all too often, where I just cannot bring myself to close the game although my instincts tell me to run... What is this, am I a glutton for punishment?

I moan when I low roll on Bonanza and lose, hell, when iv had 2k plus on it I still moan that it should have been more. People are aware of it being lost when you deposit and moaning about the manner of its the same as your footy team bemoaning losing.

I’m off to roll on Bonanza and when, not if, it’s crap the first person to give me a talk in RTP/Randomness will be met with a saucepan from the cupboard :p

Slots definitely not. If you check the definitions of random they don’t fully comply with any of them.

Feel free to enlighten me how the outcome of slots is not randomly determined then? I'll get my popcorn ready :)

Actually, I'll make it easy for you...

If you take the definition of random as "having equal chance" then each reel position does NOT necessarily have an equal weighting. However that does NOT mean the outcome wasn't randomly determined.

Take a dice with 10 sides - let's say the numbers 1 to 5 occur once and 6 occurs five times. Roll it. The roll of the dice is random... Each one of the sides has an equal chance of occuring. But the OUTCOME shown on the side of the dice is not equally weighted.

You would prefer us to lie and not use the word random?

Odd...

No I would prefer outright honesty and for you to admit they are compensated.

You expect me to say something wholly untrue just to appease you? No thanks... I'll stick to the truth :)
