Is there anyone here who has had the pleasure of being verified at this casino ? Is it normal that documents sent over 2 weeks ago, have been ignored ?
Has anyone withdrawn normally from this casino, or have I come across a typical scam, or attempts to provoke me to stop withdrawing and lose my funds. I will not mention the attempts to force me to take steps causing me to break their terms and conditions....

They said that the financial department will deal with it this morning, then they said that I have to play the bonus to cash it out, when I asked them to delete the free spins because I don't want them they said that they can't... The winnings come from a deposit, playing the bonus will result in me breaking the terms and conditions because my country is excluded, from what I read other things are still the same, that the finance department has a lot of other things going on.
